We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The food was always fresh, delicious, varied and had a lovely home-cooked quality. The selection changed throughout the week, so there was always something new to try. The Peruvian rooftop restaurant was especially good and is definitely worth visiting.

The hotel was very clean, fresh and recently renovated. Everything worked perfectly and was pleasant to use. The beds and mattresses were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. The underpass leading directly to the beach was also incredibly convenient.

Most importantly, all the staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming and helpful, which created such a warm overall impression of the hotel.

We would especially like to thank Zoe, Maria and Angela for their kindness, help and genuine care. Their thoughtful attention made our stay feel much more personal and made us feel truly looked after.

A huge thank you to the whole team! We will definitely come back again.

The beautiful surroundings, and especially the incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. We also really appreciated the overall dining experience. The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone we met was friendly, polite, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.

La vue du rooftop et des chambres vues sur mer est juste incroyable ! Le personnel (accueil, restaurants, chambres ..) est vraiment exceptionnel. Le buffet du restaurant et les menus dégustations des restaurants péruvien et delà mer sont très savoureux et variés ! L hôtel est très propre ainsi que les piscines ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

Decor and cleanliness

Our stay was absolutely excellent – 10/10!

We would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a wonderful experience (e.g. the check out was at 12 but they offer us to stay in the hotel enjoying all the facilities -swimming pool, beach bar, restaurants- until we departed later in the afternoon and also giving us a room for half hour to have a shower before leaving). The guest-oriented approach was what lift everything to an amazing level.

The food was delicious, and we really appreciated having different options including a sea view restaurant. The beach was beautiful, and the swimming pools were fantastic as well.

Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and quiet, allowing us to relax without any noise.

Overall, we truly appreciated every aspect of our stay, especially the exceptional hospitality.
We highly recommend this resort and would love to come back in the future.
