בית מלון מצוין. סטנדרט גבוה מאוד, שירותיים, חייכנים, עוזרים בכל דבר ובקשה, נקי מאוד, חדר נוח מאוד, מקלחת נהדרת, מפנקים את האורחים, הספא מצוין וגם המעסה נהדרת.
כל הצוות מאוד שירותי, דימטריס שאםראו עם המטבח פשוט אלוף, קטרינה בקבלה אחת המעולות שפגשנו.
תודה רבה לשניכם ולצוות כולו על חופשה נהדרת ומפנקת.

בית מלון מצוין. ברמה מאוד גבוהה עם צוות מאוד שירותי. נקי מאוד, מעוצב להפליא, מיטות וכריות נוחות ומפנק מאוד.
נענים וחושבים על כל הצרכים ( כולל שמשיות לחוף הים כשיוצאים לטייל בחופים), ארוחת בוקר נפלאה ועשירה מאוד.
כל הצוות מקסים, אדיב, חייכן ומאוד עוזר.
קטרינה ודימיטריס אלופים ושירותיים ברמות אחרות.

הייתה לנו חוויה יוצאת דופן במלון. ללא ספק אחת מחוויות האירוח הטובות ביותר שהיו לנו. כבר מרגע שנכנסנו למלון קיבלה אותנו קתרינה המקסימה בחיוך והסבירה על המלון ועל קפלוניה. במשך כל השהות קתרינה דאגה שנהיה מרוצים, התעניינה ונתנה תחושה חמה ולבבית.
דימיטרי וכל הצוות בארוחת הבוקר המצוינת נתנו שירות מעולה, אישי ומכל הלב.
האווירה במלון רגועה ויוקרתית, הרגשנו שעושים הכל כדי שתהיה לנו חוויה מושלמת.

It's so much more than five stars, the staff, the service, the food at the hotel and at costa d'oro restaurant are amazing.

O hotel é realmente ótimo, instalações novas e modernas , localização privilegiada mas o que realmente fez muita diferença foi a equipe, desde o atendimento no café da manhã e jantar até as meninas do “Front Desk” Elena e a morena de cabelo curto. Elas souberam nos analisar e fazer as recomendações mais certeiras em relação a restaurantes e passeios , fora a simpatia delas sem igual.

Casaly Hotel & Spa in Argostoli is one of a kind luxury stays in Kefalonia. This is where luxury and convenience does not disappoint. The hotel is located across from the harbour. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The staff is extremely professional and kind. They will go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied with your stay there. We have used their SPA facilities and services and they are remarkably. My husband still talks about the Swedish massage he received for his sore shoulder. Breakfast and service was superb. We highly recommend Casaly Hotel & Spa if you are planning on visiting this enchanting town.

Beautiful boutique style hotel, super staff, great stay
Pros:

Staff were so helpful and welcoming, breakfast had great local choices and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great recommendations from the team working at Casaly-always helpful with reservations and navigating Argostoli.

The spa facilities were beautiful.

Good location - would recommend the hotel

Cons:

The pool area is small and shaded, more suited for use to the rooms with access. Very small gym but enough if 1-2 people using. However beautiful beaches very close so no problem there!

The place to be in Argostoli
Pros:

We had a great time at Casaly Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, but the real stars were the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us happy, whether it was helping us plan tours or taking care of us during breakfast every morning.

One thing that really stood out was when I asked for a matcha latte at breakfast. The staff made sure they had it ready the next day — and every day after that. It ended up being one of the best matcha lattes I’ve had! The breakfast variety changed daily and was always fresh and delicious.

What made our stay truly special was how attentive and welcoming the team was. They always greeted us with a smile and paid attention to every small detail. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

Cons:

Nothing, sometimes they forgot to put complimentary water but that was not big issue
