Located at good location. Staffs are great.
Room smells like cigar. No aircon, and that we have to relocate to another room. Next room has defective telephone. Too noisy, as it was near a ktv bar.
After 22 hours non-stop travelling, we welcomed the comfortable bed! The location was great for getting dinner and other supplies. We enjoyed our stay

Great location. Booked a business suite. Very spacious but not 700 sq ft as depicted in Expedia. More like 500 sq ft. But very spacious.

All in all for the price it was a good room. Just minutes walk to Divisoria, 999, 168, Lucky Chinatown Mall and Tutuban. Enjoyed my stay.
Big room, opposite a mall so easy to get food.
3 cockroaches in room, don't think it's very clean. Room service didn't come to make bed or change towels during my stay.
Staff was excellent. Room was clean. WiFi didn’t work in my room but worked in hallway. KTV on 2 floors in building so it was loud until 3-4am

Chinese guests there smokes inside the hotel! Like inside the hallway..the lobby..no wonder it smells like ashtray within the corridors..and it seems the staff does not mind...as if they can't smell it..never again

Bathroom shower was very small and not quite clean… there was some sort of mold in the corners of the shower room.

The surrounding is noisy specially at night as there is a KTV at 5th floor of the bldg. you can also smell cigarette inside the rooms.
The cable was bad (some channels came in fuzzy), the mattress was hard, and there was loud music up to 1:30 AM. It was a Sunday nite but it sounded like Friday nite rave party. The workers were not friendly at all. Mutes!
