Hotel was cosy and the art in the room and common areas was a nice touch. The room itself was clean with enough space for a large trunk luggage and hiking backpack. Shower had great water pressure and aircon was strong - both essential after a hot or rainy day exploring Manila. Cosy cafe in the lobby did great coffee and food. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Great location if you're keen to be close to bars and Makati cbd.

No fridge in the room
We have stayed here before. This time we had a suite, very comfortable and this room has a fridge.
It seems impossible to obtain hot water from the hotel, and even the suite lacks an electric kettle. The vast majority of the world needs a hot drink to kick-start their day, and here Cayco let's us all down.
Our room had 2 mugs (what for?), but no glasses.
This area would benefit from a rethink and some minor investment in 30 kettles and 60 drinking glasses
C Hill n cafe
The staff is very kind and welcoming. They have a cafe with food for each type of meal you could need downstairs. Very welcoming guests too.
Simply the water pressure in the room was not strong, and maybe this is more of a Phillipines problem but the A/C was not super strong.

It's clean and staff are friendly. I also like the fact that there's a cafe at the lobby. It's close to restaurants and bars in Poblacion.
Although the area is safe and walking distance to restaurants and bars, the neighbourhood is a bit squalid. It's still great value for money.
Clean room, fresh towels, all services working.
Recommending to have more water bottles in the rooms.
Quiet part of Poblacion and stone away to Annex.
