Bydleli jsme v apartmánu č. 502 v kategorii Grand Deluxe a náš pobyt byl naprosto fantastický. Pokoj byl famózní, nádherně zařízený a promyšlený do posledního detailu. Vše působilo luxusně a bylo vidět, že při výběru materiálů a celkovém designu se dbalo na kvalitu.
Koupelna byla naprosto nádherná, s velmi kvalitními materiály a precizním provedením. A postel? Jednoznačně nejlepší, na které jsme kdy spali! Komfort, který se jen tak nezažije.
Velkým bonusem byla prostorná terasa, která rozhodně nebyla obyčejným balkonem. Nabízela nádherný výhled na kostelní věž a klášter a dodávala celému pobytu jedinečnou atmosféru.
Personál byl naprosto skvělý, profesionální, vstřícný a ochotný. Čistota byla excelentní ve všech ohledech – od pokoje přes koupelnu až po společné prostory. Všechno bylo dokonale čisté a udržované.
A snídaně? Ty byly skutečně fenomenální! V ceně pobytu jsme měli bohatou snídani s nadstandardním výběrem, který uspokojí snad každého. Teplý bufet nabízel vejce, párky, fazole a mnoho dalšího. Nechybělo čerstvé ovoce, müsli ani pestrá nabídka studené kuchyně. Vše doplňovala výborná káva. Snídaně byly opravdu na vysoké úrovni a příjemně překonaly naše očekávání.
Celkově jde o hotel, kde se snoubí krásný design, špičkový komfort, perfektní čistota, skvělý personál a vynikající snídaně. Každý detail přispíval k tomu, že jsme se cítili opravdu výjimečně.
Pokud se do Heraklionu vrátíme, Dimargio bude jednoznačně naší první volbou. Můžeme ho s naprostým nadšením doporučit každému, kdo hledá kvalitní a výjimečné ubytování!

I wouldn’t want to repeat the reviews of other hotel guests, who described the services as exceptional, but I have no choice. It’s true—the Dimargio Luxury Hotel & Spa is a gem of a hotel. The entire team that made us feel so welcome, from the moment we arrived until our departure, deserves our utmost appreciation.
The hotel is impeccably clean. The room was large and well The breakfast is not only varied and abundant with local pastries and cheeses but also delicious, and the staff is always ready to help with suggestions, solutions, and reservations. I spilled tomato juice on my pants at breakfast, and Catarina immediately stepped in with a stain remover spray to help me.
Our room was upgraded to a higher category upon arrival, and Vasilis came with us to show us two room options to choose from.

The bathroom door was a bit stiff to close, but I’d say that’s a minor detail compared to the overall comfort.
