Pros:

Nicely positioned hotel. Great pool area. Very helpful staff, especially the front desk team. Good ‘free’ transport to/from the port, to the beach and into Chora town which is stunning.

Cons:

Room interior design is dated. The very long road approach needs attention to make it more comfortable, apparently vehicles suffer punctures quite often on the ‘road’ access.
The gym could have been much better positioned.

This property lives up to all five star expectations. The ultimate of quiet luxury without being pretentious. The main reason for this is Ricardo, the half owner/partner of this amazing place, who adds detailed oversight and his Australian relaxed personality to every detail.

Cons:

There is nothing at all to dislike.

A good 4 star stay, if you are looking for 5 star stay you need to give them more time.
Pros:

Amazing room and food.

Cons:

Not ready to be a 5 star resort yet. Needs more focus on hospitality and training of some of their staff. They also need to polish their offered activities and availability of transfers. Tried visiting the spa but didn't get any reply on the phone despite leaving my information multiple times to the front desk and directly visiting the spa.

A truly wonderful stay!
Pros:

It was our first time on Folegandros and even though we had never stayed at the hotel, Effy at the front desk made it feel like we were coming home. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and kind.

Between the bar manager George and the sommelier, Constantine every dinner we had was just excellent - their recommendations, professionalism and welcoming natures gave us some of the best dining experiences we've had.

Huge compliments to the chef's too! Thank you for our stay, we will certinaly be back again soon!

Hôtel exceptionnel à tous niveaux mais un bémol pour le personnel
Pros:

La qualité du design de l’hôtel dans son ensemble ( chambres comme parties communes ) , le confort, la vue spectaculaire , le petit déjeuner , la restauration

Cons:

Le house keeping qui oubliait de remettre des capsules de café, nettoyer les tasses à café de la chambre, débarrasser les assiettes du room service, la douche n’était pas bien nette ( noircie dans les angles) et nettoyée uniquement le jour de l’entrée dans les lieux ( cheveux pas enlevés) .
Le personnel souriant dans l’ensemble et serviable mais pas toujours efficace ( oubli d’ une partie de la commande au petit déjeuner) et ne savait pas répondre à nos questions . On nous a aussi indiqué par ex qu’il n’y avait pas de boutique dans l’hôtel😳

Great experience of raw beauty and luxury
Pros:

Everything : the staff, the facilities, the great view, the relaxing atmosphere - it was an amazing experience - the hotel was matching the environment and the style of the island it was a luxury hotel but really respectful to the landscape
