would stay again
Pros:

Room was very clean, comfy beds and great value for the price. Didn't use breakfast, Hotel workers very polite and friendly. Had to wasl about 15 min to get to center of the city otherwise everything was perfect

Pros:

La habitación espaciosa y muy funcional . La ubicación, al principio parece no muy buena , pero está muy cerca al metro y otro transporte público, en una zona que además es tranquila y segura .

Cons:

Un detalle muy mejor. Por problemas de coordinación llegué a las 6 de la mañana y por supuesto la habitación no estaba disponible.
Nada que cuestionar , pero si hubiera podido acceder a la habitación sería una experiencia totalmente positiva.ñ

Pros:

Tout, c'est vraiment top. Le personnel est agréable, ils ont fait remonté l'estime que j'avais pour les Viennois, qui sont des en**lés intolérants sur la route et m'avais laissé une forte première impression négative). Il y a un parking privé sécurisé en face de l'hôtel. C'était vraiment top. La literie est de qualité, la chambre incroyable. Très bien situé. Que du positif.

Verdwenen winkeltas
Pros:

Het was prima voor een paar nachten.

Cons:

De reden van mijn lage score is omdat er een winkeltas waar een dure niduwe tas door de schoonmaak is meegenomen. Gelukkig zat de nieuwe tas er niet in maar wel de beschermhoescen de centuur die bij de tas hoorde. De winkeltas lag niet in de vuilnisbak van mijn kamer. Dus waarom deze is meegenomen is een raadsel. De volgende dag heb ik dit gemeld de receptie. Binnen een kwatier was de beschermtas terrecht. Super! Maar wel vreemd als het voor vuilnis was aangezien. Thuis teruggekeerd realiseerde ik pas dat de centuur er ook nog inzat. Wederom met het hotel gecommuniceerd maar het hotel zegt de winkeltas met centuur niet terug te kunnen vinden en daar is het voor hun dan ook mee afgedaan. Dat vindt ik niet echt correct. Zolang iets niet in de vuilnisbak ligt, hoor je het niet mee te nemen.

Hotel staff were very friendly,only 10 minute walk into Vienna.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit expensive at €26 and not enough on the menu to allow us to remain in for dinner, so we needed to look at alternative venues.

The cleaners left the door open to a shared area with around 20 other rooms, when we told the front desk they did not seem to care and didn’t even apologise.

TUTTO PERFETTO!
Pros:

Un soggiorno perfetto. C’e’ tutto quello che serve per trascorrere del tempo a Vienna. La struttura poi e’ vicinissima alla metro, e questo a Vienna fa la differenza.
