The hotel is okay, the service is not good.
Pros:

The first night we were in a room where the air conditioner made a tractor noise. In the morning we asked them to fix it. After an hour we came back and they said they had fixed the air conditioner. We went up to the room and there was the same noise. We went back to reception and complained again. At noon they told us again that they had fixed it. When we entered the room we realized that the fix was to weaken the air conditioner so that it did not cool at all and when it was on it made the noise again.
I asked the manager to come to the room to listen, he heard the noise but was very unkind and angry with us, we asked for another room or to leave the hotel, he claimed that the hotel was fully booked, we said okay we will pack our things and leave, after a few minutes the reception called and moved us to another room.
It's a shame they didn't provide service with a smile, it took almost a day off our trip, instead of apologizing they got angry with us

Cons:

The new room was fine, but for the next 4 days the manager ignored us throughout our stay.
Sorry, it's not possible to attach videos of the tractor air conditioner.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal, wenn man nicht nur den 1. Bezirk, sondern auch den sehr interessanten und facettenreichen 2. Bezirk erkunden möchte. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Menschen an der Rezeption. Hotelparkplätze direkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Sportraum und Sauna sind eher klein.
