Pros:

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la posizione dal punto di vista della logistica. Struttura pulita e moderna.

Cons:

Lo so che ormai il cambio biancheria è considerato un extra, ma per quattro giorni, risulta quasi un'esigenza, almeno una volta. Inoltre, visto il prezzo della colazione, suggerirei una implementazione della stessa, soprattutto della parte dolce.

O funcionários são muito simpáticos. O quarto é grande e muito confortável. O hotel fica bem localizado. Recomendo muito!

Pros:

The French man from reception was so very kind, happy and friendly as were the female staff.
However there was one ‘manager’ type person who was rather unfriendly. Good to remember that smiling always helps and maybe not to take himself so very seriously:)
