Comfortable short stay in Butterworth
Pros:

Room is clean but size is different from one room to another. Some of us get spacious but others got too small. Anyway it is comfortable for short stay. Ev charger available which is an added convenience for us.

Cons:

Limited parking available. Hard to find parking especially if u arrived late in the evening. Luckily we hv ev car and the charger always available. So we can park and charge the car overnight. No idle charges.

Convenient family room
Pros:

We stayed at the Family Suite 3 years ago and liked the room layout (with 3 queen beds), which is very convenient for family travelling together. The mini kitchen corner in the room and free parking (with a night security guard) added some bonus points. We've decided to return to this hotel, but met with a little disappointment regarding the upkeep of this place after 3 years.

Cons:

The furniture in the rooms is a little run-down, especially the bedhead with scotch tearing down and mould on the tray containing the cups. The bathroom door is also not properly cleaned, with stains.

It was a good hotel for my day trip into Thailand. Will recommend to other riders as well for safety for vehicles.
