Good but with one major safety issue.
Pros:

Nice design. Comfortable. Good location close to main railway station.

Cons:

Fire alarm insufficiently loud: when fire alarm went off during the night at 3:15 am it was not loud enough to wake all of the guests and as a result only a small number of the guests left their rooms despite the fire brigade being in attendance. The staff did not empty the rooms. This is unsafe.

Calling it a 4 star is being generous. Disappointed.
Pros:

The location - well situated close to the station and downtown.

Cons:

The main differential in choosing the hotel over many similar offerings in the neighborhood was the highly promoted rooftop bar, so it was extremely disappointing at 6pm on a fine summer Friday night to find it closed for no obvious reason.

The bedroom, while pokey, was fine. The bathroom suffered from an unnecessary design quirk where the shower is almost directly above the toilet meaning it was impossible to take a shower without wiping the toilet down afterwards.

The decor is a bit tired, the bar prices significantly more expensive than in the neighboring bars and one of the staff was unnecessarily rude but overall we slept well and it got the job done. We won’t be returning as Im sure there are better options for the money.

Location. Only thing going for it.

Cons:

The whole hotel was dated. Scuffs on the wall, the carpet was worn and dreadfully stained. Lumpy pillows. There was mould in the bathroom. You could hear people passing in the hallway. I would never stay here again, It is meant to be a 4 star hotel. I've stayed in 3 star hotels that were much better than this hotel. For the record, I've never given a bad review before - until now. It was a NH hotel, a chain I've stayed at before without complaint.

We made an excellent choice, overall, for our exploration of Copenhagen
Pros:

Room - we were given a bigger room than we thought we were going to get; this was great.
Breakfast - excellent choices and service
Location - ideal for trains and metro as well as for walking to many of the attractions

Cons:

We had a slight problem with housekeeping, quickly resolved.

Lighting non-existent at working end of the room (desk/kettle. etc), slightly problematic for us.

Air-conditioning only seemed to chill the room, but not warm it, so we switched it off altogether.
