Great option in the city center
Pros:

Great location, next to the central train station so very convenient for airport rides, going to a different city or even commuting within Copenhagen. Walkable distance to most attractions. A lot of nice restaurants within a 20 min walk.

The room was nice - modern style, decent size, comfortable bed, good shower. I loved that they had a steamer instead of an iron and ironing board, that’s so convenient, every hotel should do that!
We had a city view and it was amazing. The staff is also very friendly!
Didn’t try it but they have bike rent, which is convenient

Cons:

1. No soundproofing unfortunately, you can clearly hear both your neighbors and the noise from the outside. That being said, the street isn’t that loud actually
2. Had some stains on the carpet and sofa
3. Not critical but weird - you can’t control the water temperature in the sink, it’s cold only.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included and for a hotel that is almost £300 a night this is unacceptable.

Cons:

The interiors was very cluttered and busy.

Pros:

El personal de recepcion excelente , la ubicacion muy buena, las habitaciones una caja de zapatos , nunca pense que la cadena NH me defraudara asi, en la primera habitacoon que nos dieron no entraban las valijas , en la segunda habitacion 422 el inodoro esta dentro del habitaculo de la ducha.,al bañarte mojas todo, horrible, todo agarrado de los pelos. No es un cuatro estrella en ningun concepto
