Nice hotel in Copenhagen center
Pros:

Very nice staff, good quality hotel in the city center, close to the central railway station, only few minutes from the downtown and Tivoli. Good quality breakfast.

Hotel cancelled booking last minute, very disappointing

Our booking was cancelled less than 24 hours before we arrived so we never got to see the property.

Cons:

We had booked and paid in full (with no cancellation option) for Hotel Joanne 6 months in advance. Our booking was cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival. They sent us to a sister hotel with a 50% discount but it was very corporate and dreary, not what we had in mind for a special girls trip away. It was 30 minutes walk away from Hotel Joanne and all of our bookings were far away. Very disappointing to be cancelled when we’d booked so far in advance and paid in full.

Pros:

Good location. Short walk to metro and tivoli. easy airport access. 30 min walk to Nhyvan.

Cons:

Absolutely tiny rooms. We couldnt even move around the bed. Nor open our small carry on suitcases. You could barely move in the bathroom. Open any doors. Value for money is terrible on a cosy room. Was uncomfortably small that we asked to change rooms. Even for a city break where you spend little time in the room, it felt unbearable for two people.

"Double Room" implied the rood would be large. We did not know Double was the bed.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed a drink in the bar and the location is fantastic! The bed was very comfy and the hotel felt very safe!

Cons:

Our room was rather small and the carpet was quite dirty with a few stains. If we return we would definitely choose a larger room!

Buena ubicación y decoración bonita y cuidada

Cons:

La habitación era exageradamente pequeña. Jamás habíamos estado en una habitación de hotel de unas dimensiones tan reducidas. Para dos personas era realmente incómoda: prácticamente no había espacio para moverse, abrir las maletas o simplemente coger nuestras cosas. Nos parece increíble que una habitación así se ofrezca como doble. Además, la limpieza y arreglo de la habitación dejaban bastante que desear: ni siquiera hacían bien la cama, la dejaban llena de arrugas y daba la sensación de estar hecha deprisa y sin ningún cuidado. La ubicación y la decoración no compensan en absoluto la enorme incomodidad de la habitación.
