Excellent stay in the heart of Copenhagen — comfort, location, and hospitality at their best.
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the city center and perfectly connected to all means of transport, with a supermarket, market, coffee shop, pharmacies, and the riverside venue just steps away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with very good beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient elevator for the upper floors. The staff were extremely kind and responsive to every request.

Perfect for family.
Pros:

The location is perfect and the property was easy to access with given code any time of the day.

Stuff was very helpful and they answer any question from us very rapidly.

We’ve stayed with our twin girls for two nights and in the morning we sat on the bazaar near the property and had a nice breakfast.

Not maintained well, too expensive.
Pros:

Good location, apartment was clean.

Cons:

Everything was broken. Cooktop had issues and was constantly turning off when trying to enable both cooktops at the same time. Kitchen hood was not working. Fridge was barely cold. TV screen burnt and barely visible if you watch some move with dark scenes. Oh and hairdryer, it worked, but all plastic pars were melted as if it was on fire before…

Perfect Copenhagen Apartment
Pros:

Perfect location, walking distance to the main attractions, food markets, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket a few doors down. All forms of public transport on your door step, including a direct train to/from the airport.
Checkin was easy although make sure your phone has lots of charge/battery, as our flight landed at 8am and we explored Copenhagen all day and both of our phones went flat by checkin time, and all of our checkin codes and information were on our phone!
Communication with hosts was always quick and helpful, luggage storage was convenient and laundry facilities were very useful for our 1 week stay. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and a child (myself, my mum and 4 yr old daughter), the main bedroom has a wardrobe and the apartment was clean, stylish and had everything we needed including good wifi, block out blinds and an elevator!

Cons:

The second bedroom was a bit tight for 1 person, once we placed 1 suitcase in there as there was no wardrobe to store clothes.

Good location, way to expensive and very loud
Pros:

Good location, the apartment was big an the furniture stylish.

Cons:

With a good location comes a lot of noice. We were facing the street and it was very loud during evenings and night and we couldn’t sleep during the weekend. It was not very clean, the floors were dirty, the walls and doors. It was very clear that the floors hadntn benn clean under beds or sofa, see picture. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Not enough room for luggage or toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom is spacious but no storage room or hooks. Same with the living room, no place to put your bags. The beds were not comfortable. The tv never worked properly.

Great for a family but comfort could be improved
Pros:

Great location and spacious for a family. Great to have the kitchenette. The online reception team were very responsive and organised.

Cons:

Needs to be higher spec for the price - shower curtain needs to go. Towels dry and rough. Pillows not very comfortable to sleep on. Cushions on the couch old and weathered. The higher floor apartments get quite warm (even in May) and you must open windows to cool the space down, however this means you have to deal with noise from outside which on a Friday or Saturday night can be disruptive to sleep.

Well located clean basic accommodation
Pros:

Location, clean, good sized bedrooms

Cons:

Only one room had a wardrobe. Kitchen didn’t have oven gloves, microwave or chopping boards. Communal hallways were a bit dated.

Awesome Location
Pros:

The location was perfect, with the metro and trains right next to the accommodation. The house was spacious and very clean, and while the bed was comfortable, the pillows could have been better.

Cons:

​The location was quite noisy; the entire building actually vibrated every time a train passed by. While the bed was okay, the pillows were uncomfortable. Plus, the house got so hot that I was stuck between a rock and a hard place: I couldn't open the windows because of the noise, and the fan just wasn't enough to cool things down
