The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely warm and friendly. The reception team was welcoming, and the hotel manager Mohammed Magdi deserves special recognition. Our first room did not meet our expectations, but he handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and kindness. He was always approachable, regularly checked whether everything was to our satisfaction and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture we received before departure. His outstanding hospitality truly made a difference and was the highlights of our vacation.

The Italian restaurant offered excellent food, and the service was professional and attentive. The lobby team was equally outstanding and exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons hotel.

We also enjoyed the spa treatments. The therapists were highly skilled and the treatments themselves were of excellent quality. Watching the World Cup matches at Bar Atlantique was another enjoyable experience, and the staff member in the fashion boutique was incredibly friendly and perfectly represented the Four Seasons brand.

The interior was also very modern and clean. We loved the traditional art

Unfortunately, several aspects fell short of what we expected from a Four Seasons property. While the Italian restaurant served excellent food, the attention to detail was disappointing. In a restaurant of this standard and price level, plates and especially wine glasses should always be perfectly polished. On several occasions our wine glasses were visibly dirty, and we had to ask for them to be polished before they could be used. At the ritz Carlton and even Conrad hotel the glasses were clean

Although the spa treatments were excellent, communication was often difficult because some of the staff providing beauty and cosmetic treatments did not speak English fluently. As these services usually require detailed consultations, the language barrier led to several misunderstandings. We believe that a luxury hotel should ensure English-speaking staff are available in the whole spa.

Our biggest disappointment was the pool service. As many previous reviews have already mentioned, it simply did not reflect the Four Seasons standard. We had planned to spend most of our holiday relaxing by the pool, but instead it became the weakest part of our stay. Despite there being plenty of staff, they were often inattentive, it was difficult to get anyone’s attention, and we frequently had to repeat our orders to different employees. The tableware was also not always as clean as expected. Instead of relaxing, we found ourselves constantly trying to get service.

Because of this, we decided not to spend any more time at the pool and instead visited other luxury hotels, including the Ritz-Carlton, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria and Fairmont. The service there was consistently outstanding, which made us realize what had been missing at Four Seasons. We also decided not to dine at Flamme because it is closely connected to the pool area, and our experience there had already left a negative impression.
