Mauvaise expérience
Cons:

Mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement. Durant notre séjour, nous avons constaté la présence de cafards dans la chambre, notamment le matin près des oreillers. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce problème à la réception, nous n’avons pas eu le sentiment que notre remarque était prise au sérieux car le personnel à rigoler. Nous avons également dû demander plusieurs fois des serviettes avant de les obtenir. Par ailleurs, l’eau a été coupée à certains moments. Lorsque nous avons contacté la réception à ce sujet, alors que ma copine était sous la douche, il nous a simplement été demandé d’attendre.

Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes déçus par la gestion de ces différents problèmes et par le manque de réactivité que nous avons perçu de la part du personnel.

The room was full of ants and were crawling on bed and trough my luggage which gave me a very stressful night of sleep, I was able to buy a insect sprayer and used it. Also the room itself is tiny

Pleasant stay
Pros:

It was spacious, we had good working AC, enough beds that were comfy. The location was good, it was nice to be able to get to places quite easily not too far of a walk away. The public transport in Casablanca is really good, and cheap, were able to go to the beach and see the famous mosque and lighthouse.

Cons:

It was loud at night and just very loud in general... The windows must've been very thin as the noise sounded like the people were right beside us. The one staff member just seemed quite rude and harsh which was not fun to deal with, the door was difficult to close and so we mentioned it to him and he accused us of breaking it, it was not broken we just had to use the key to close it rather than just using the handle to push the door in to it's hinge-lock to close it. Moreover, the bed sheets and covers had a few marks, dust and hairs on which was not great. My friend waited for towels for almost 2 hours, after having travelled it wasn't great not being able to wash right away.

Hôtel Pourri
Pros:

Les chambres sont très sales l'hygiène est à revoir en totalité, il y a des cafards c'est vraiment pourri je le déconseille aux gens. Tellement bien que j'aurais dû rester 3 nuits de plus et bien je perds 92€ mais je préfère aller au Seven hôtel à Casablanca. La douche est minable et en plus il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. C'est pour cela que je voulais annuler.
Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser et bien pour moi ce sont des voleurs. J'allais oublier les draps n'avaient pas été changés, il y avait de la merde comme si une personne s'était essuyé les fesses
