Pros:

Great location near my work location. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Good location, excellent staff
Pros:

The staff. First they let me check in super early and was offered to have breakfast. They even gave me a little snack after checking in to the room. The young lady who checked me in (forgot to get her name) was so very sweet. And my friend Harry (believe his name was Ahsaan) were super nice. My room was located on the side of the street. I know some people might not like that, but I loved listening to the sounds of Rabat. But if you closed the windows, the soundproof is pretty good.

Cons:

I loved every bit of the hotel, only thing they might need to fix was the shower. The water didn’t drain properly and sometimes spilled out so you needed lots of towels. But that was just a minor inconvenience.

Because of Ahmed, the visit was extra special. I was jet lagged and welcomed his assistance.
Pros:

Ahmed a waiter whom I assumed was a manager went out of his way to assist with currency exchange, calling a taxi and anything else. He did not with he asked. He is an observant individual who knows what guests want and accurately assumes their needs. He’s a gem and because of him I would recommend LeM. He should be in a management track.

Pros:

staff was fine, quite friendly

Cons:

The floor in the room was very sticky, we weren’t walking barefoot in our room because of the stickiness. We had the breakfast included, it was untill 10 AM, but at 09:15 / 09:30 most of the breakfast was gone. Also it felt like everyone and their mother were able to walk in for breakfast, because there we’re so many people that didn’t look like residents, they came in for breakfast and walked out straight after. Kitchen staff was nice enough to prepare somehting though if asked specifically.

Une super expérience au M Hôtel !
Pros:

Un énorme coup de cœur pour cet établissement à Rabat ! On s'y sent bien dès les premières minutes : l'ambiance y est très agréable, le design soigné, et tout est d'une propreté exemplaire. Un grand bravo à l'équipe, toujours souriante, disponible et vraiment aux petits soins.
Gros point fort pour le petit-déjeuner qui est tout simplement délicieux : un buffet généreux, ultra frais et varié, idéal pour prendre des forces le matin. Emplacement très pratique aussi, parfait pour rayonner dans la ville.
Merci pour ce beau moment, c'est devenu ma nouvelle adresse de référence à Rabat !

Hôtel fortement dégradé, je vous conseil de passer votre chemin.

La localisation est bonne

Cons:

Nous y avons séjourné peu de temps après son ouverture. C’était très bien. Malheureusement nous avons constaté que l’établissement s’était fortement dégradé. Il n’y a aucun entretien. Les chambres sont en mauvaise états. Le linge de bain est extrêmement fatigué et il staff demande le linge le matin pour l’envoyer au nettoyage sinon pas assez pour toutes les chambres… etc… etc… petit dej trop moyen !! Bref on n’y reviendra pas !! C’est certains.

Great location and a nice place to stay
Pros:

Great location, near a tram stop and with lots of the sites within walking distance. Attractive rooms and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower worked well. The breakfast buffet was not extensive, but I enjoyed what there was. Very good value for money compared with e.g. Marriot nearby.

Cons:

Would have been good to have more variety of fruit at breakfast.
