This hotel is value for money. You won't regret to stay here. For my next trip, sure I will stay in
Pros:

The location is very strategic. Near to LRT station, Kwai Chai Hong just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Walk just a few steps , you can reach the China Town. Also sourended by a lot of cafe.

Cons:

A bit noisy because the hotel just in front of the main road.

Enjoyed it and will be returning at the end of my Malaysia tour.
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Rail station and 711 within 100m. Chinatown with its street markets and food is right on your doorstep and all the major tourist hit spots are within easy walking distance. Took the bus to Malacca for the day which was well worth the trip.

Cons:

Bit hard to find for grab drivers. When using grab I suggest you put in the Sand Hotel which is directly opposite.

Pros:

房间蛮干净的，床铺比较舒适并提供了4个枕头，喜欢抱着枕头睡觉的有福了
隔音也蛮不错的没听到隔壁的声音
厕所很大，有提供洗发水和沐浴露，而且能用的出来是不错的牌子，这个加分
然后酒店楼下就有两个不同种类的餐厅！往外走一点就有奶茶店和便利店

Cons:

房间面积会比较小，如果把行李箱打开之后就没法开房门了，以及床右侧靠墙那一部分的路基本上得侧身走
洗手盘不适合放化妆品和瓶瓶罐罐的，卸妆的时候超麻烦瓶子罐子袋子什么的一直往下掉
以及外侧走廊也会比较窄，感觉只能允许一侧通行

Room was nice just the hygiene need more improvement

Location is super nice.
The staff was so helpful and friendly . Especially one of guys assist us alot during we face some issue
