Un grand merci à Nassim, Demba, Malick et Karim, qui ont été exemplaires tout au long de mon expérience. Leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité, leur bienveillance, leur écoute et leur respect font toute la différence. Ils prennent le temps de répondre aux questions, mettent en confiance et offrent un service irréprochable.

C’est rare de rencontrer une équipe aussi investie et soucieuse de la satisfaction de ses clients. Grâce à eux, j’ai vécu une excellente expérience et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. La carte des boissons et plats est un peu onéreuse.
La piscine qui mériterait d'être transformée en jacuzzi comme la baignade est limitée....par la faible profondeur.

Pros:

J’ai passé une journée très agréable dans cet hôtel. Tout était impeccable : la propreté, le confort, le service et l’accueil. Le personnel a été très professionnel, souriant et toujours disponible.

J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant, avec un excellent service et des repas de qualité.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et je remercie toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux.

Een prachtig hotel op een toplocatie, maar de algehele ervaring werd helaas overschaduwd door sterk wisselende service e

Het is een prachtig hotel op een uitstekende locatie. Daarnaast hebben we echt positieve ervaringen gehad met een aantal specifieke medewerkers die wel topservice leverden.

Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade van een hele vriendelijke dame aan de receptie, en we zijn gedurende ons hele verblijf fantastisch en met een glimlach geholpen door een ontzettend behulpzame jongeman.

Cons:

Helaas was de algehele service zeer wisselend en kregen we sterk het gevoel ongelijk behandeld te worden in vergelijking met andere gasten.

Bij aankomst zaten er insecten in de badkamer, wat niet acceptabel is voor een Radisson Blu hotel.

Communicatie en behandeling in het restaurant waren erg slecht (o.a. tijdens het kijken van een voetbalwedstrijd). Ondanks een vroege reservering werden wij achterin op houten stoeltjes gezet, terwijl we zagen dat andere gasten (met dezelfde groepsgrootte) naar comfortabele bankjes werden begeleid met topservice. Het personeel loog hier in eerste instantie over, en de ober was ronduit onvriendelijk.

De basisservice is erg willekeurig: de ene medewerker parkeert netjes je auto, de andere zegt botweg dat je het zelf moet doen.

Op de rooftop kregen gasten naast ons gratis extra's bij hun drankjes en wij niet. Ook kregen we daar al snel ongevraagd de rekening onder onze neus geschoven alsof we weg moesten.

Het zwembad op de rooftop is bizar klein, het lijkt meer op een kinderzwembadje.
