Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

'Guests who book the Santapan Kampung room type are entitled to a local buffet dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cuisine during the fasting month.

Half Board Dinner is provided as a set menu and is applicable only for the number of paid guests included in the reservation.'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Prachtig locatie!! Letterlijk naast vliegveld. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.

Cons:

Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid maar was te druk. Weinig personeel aan het werk waarbij je gewoon heel lang moest wachten bij ontbijt.

Ausstattung veraltet. Das Zimmer war kaputt und dreckig vor allem das Bad.

Lobby toilets broken, bathroom shower clogged, aircon leak and had to be fixed, room was booked for 4 persons but towels and coffee etc was only 2 persons and then had to wait long for the items to be brought in , when complain staff only apologize but dont do anything ,
