From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.
For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

Resort staff and facilities were amazing . The beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and always fresh. The location was excellent as it was just besides airport. Midway between langkawi skybrdige and mangroves both tours. We hired a car and didnt take us more than 20 mins to do any activity from here. For the price , the value provided by resort is amazing.

The buffet food options, especially the Indian vegetarian, were not good and need improvement.
The place is very nice, clean, the food is amazing, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend the place.
We loved the space and the friendliness of the staff. Although there were some issues that cropped up, the staff handled the matter with promptness and genuine concern.
Housekeeping staff and repair staff were prompt and dilligent at their tasks. Front desk and shuttle service were friendly and always wore a smile. Brightens our day, and makes us look forward to coming back after a day out.
The pool was also nice and relaxing, the pool table a fun entertainment and the beds so comfortable.
Also kudos to them to rectify the breakfast issue immediately, ensuring more staff on duty ro keep watch over the food.
I think the air vents are somehow connected to other rooms, so we had a period towards the end of our stay when we smelt cigarette smoke (which is prohibited in the rooms). It would be good if the hotel is able to pinpoint the source of the smoke through its protocols and then be able to help guests and ensure delinquent guests are duly penalised.

The air conditioning need to be service because water was dripping from the air conditioning, and the room has no fan.

There was mouse inside the toilet and poop was all over whenever we go out and come back to the room. There was also a cockroach in the buffet hall
The swimming pool is really great in size. My kids enjoy it. The room is spacious and clean. The ambiance in the main lobby is superb
The carpet in the room can be remove. My husband quite allergic to it. The rest ok.
