Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

'Guests who book the Santapan Kampung room type are entitled to a local buffet dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cuisine during the fasting month.

Half Board Dinner is provided as a set menu and is applicable only for the number of paid guests included in the reservation.'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Beautiful hotel and great service
Pros:

Hotel is located next to the airport. It provides pick and drop service to Cenang beach . Staff is fantastic and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast doesn’t have variety of food also bathroom exhauster (fan) did not work or doesn’t exist.

Dekat betul dgn airport langkawi.jln kaki pun boleh.tp kitaorang naik van hotel. Kedai mkn pun dkt2 dgn hotel.2 3 minit je naik Keta. Nk p pantai cenang pun dekat.kolam renang besar puas mandi . Mlm pun boleh mandi sampi kul 1 pg. Bilik luas cuma x da balkoni je. Tandas pun bersih. Puas hati la dok sini. Breakfast ok lah.byk pilihan makanan...

Le personnel etait adorable. Chambres spacieuses et au calme. Le service de recuperation à l’aeroport etait appreciable.

Cons:

Un peut loin de Cennang. Pas d’animation à l’hotel. Shuttle pour Cennang pas assez frequents.

Odeur remonter des siphon de douches mauvaise literie odeur dans les parties communes des gens crie et parle fort dans les couloirs belle île mais gâcher par hébergement

We had such a great time at Wings Resort! Right from the start, having the complimentary airport pickup and drop-off made travel so easy and stress-free.

​Huge thanks to Ms. Cheeza and the rest of the team, they were super helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. They even sorted out an early check-in and late check-out for us, which was an amazing bonus and gave us so much extra time to relax.

​Breakfast every morning was delicious with plenty of good choices. Honestly couldn't have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable stay in Langkawi. Would definitely stay here again!
