From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.
For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

Can’t fault anything at all
All the staff are friendly and very respectful.
The hotel needs renovation, and the towels and bed sheets need to be replaced.
Complimentary airport transfer along with shuttle to cenang beach were really useful. Hotel is adjacent to the airport making it easier to catch the flights without a lot of margin in hand. The view from the room was amazing and had a big window which would allow to see the view comfortably. Breakfast had very good variety and had a lot of vegetarian dishes. The hotel took care of our crib request for our infant very well. Swimming pool and kids playroom are also great facilities and fulfills the intended purpose.
Some of the facilities in the room seems bit old but is not a major issue such as bathing facilities, loose door knobs and lock mechanism.

Rooms were the best. Very spacious and well maintained.
We rented a vehicle to roam the island since the hotel is far from the city centre. Otherwise, you would have to Grab for each place.

The room scent was too heavy untill caused to eye irritation and throat bitter.
The menu was extremely expensive, cannot consider at to eat here. Very expensice. A food course RM 60. Which is very expensive and the food is tasteless, I ordered a nachos for RM 22, only with few nachos with some.chopped tomato and source, this is where I ate the worst prepared nachos.
So I have no appetite to eat other food.
The guy in the bar was good, the guy to prepare Egg was good and professional. After long time I ate perfect overeasy egg.
Not clean at all
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially in arranging a complimentary anniversary cake, which made our celebration even more special.
The bathroom amenities, such as soap and shampoo, were not sufficient. The use of small containers was also not very convenient. For a four-star hotel, I believe the toiletries should be provided in more suitable and practical containers, with an adequate supply for guests throughout their stay.
