From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.
For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

Location is right next to airport,walking distance (not realised). Wi-fi is terrible, unable to use laptop or phone unless you were in lobby! Large rooms but floor and rug not cleaned at any time we were there for 8 nights . The toilet was poor , cheap plastic toilet seats and lids that started bending when you sat on them. The lighting in the bathroom was poor , not bright for shaving. Basin had two taps as you don't see that often for hot and cold. General cheap wooden furniture. The bed was comfortable though.Not happy with the breakfast, items kept running out(tea tarek). Cooked food choices not great ,long queues for toast. Must be a cultural thing but found guests walking around in their pyjamas for breakfast, very strange(not nice to see)
Generally the hotel is ok,not great by any means. Swimming pool decent large lobby,bar areas,lots of seating. Ideally I would not stay here again if I had a good choice. Ideally you would stay closer to Pantai Cenang beach. We booked late so our choices were limited. They did offer free shuttle services to the beach but you have to be quick as spaces go quickly. Hotel good enough for certain cheaper budgets.Hotel staff and reception very good and tried to accommodate as much as possible
Rooms ,toilet, breakfast food. Not enough cleaning of floors and rugs,not cleaned once the eight nights we were there. Wifi was shocking, very hit and miss. When we complained , they gave us another username and password but sadly to no avail, very poor indeed.

Their rooms smell a bit funny due to island weather but they freshened it up and let it cool while we stepped out, which helped.

There was a very unpleasant smell in corridors and rooms. Gingerly, we checked every floor, but the smell was everywhere. Unbearable.

Le menage tres tardif parfois. 16h , et fait de facon tres légère, il y avait des cheveux partout , loin du centre , un lezard trouver dans la chambre le dernier jour , les draps jamais changer en 5 jours .

Close to airport's, good for a early fight. The pool was clean

They had a wide spread for the buffet breakfast which is a plus.

Great hotel everything was nice
It is very close to the airport (200 m) so convenient for late arrivals and early departures. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle if you request it. The pool is also quite good.
It's fairly old and when you get past the entrance it does need quite a bit of a refresh. Our first room had a crack in the exterior double glazing and you couldn't see out for condensation. It was also missing a safe. After raising these issues we were given another room. It also appears to be a bit of a family hotel so if your not into kids screaming around the place may not be for you. It's about a 15-20 min drive to any main tourist area with reasonable restaurants but Grabs are reasonably cheap and readily available with the airport next door.
