Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

'Guests who book the Santapan Kampung room type are entitled to a local buffet dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cuisine during the fasting month.

Half Board Dinner is provided as a set menu and is applicable only for the number of paid guests included in the reservation.'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Waste of money and time I prefered to stay in car rather than here

Le personnel surtout ceux de la piscine et la chanteuse.

Cons:

les équipements dans la chambre. Une télévision non fonctionnel, Un Wi-Fi à faible niveau et l'absence de serviettes de mains.

Exceeded expectations, luxurious place with a great breakfast buffet
Pros:

- Very spacious and luxurious interior. Room was especially spacious with a fantastic bath tub.
- Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours before check-in and they let us keep our baggage safely in storage while our room got ready.
- Breakfast buffet was amazing - lots of variety and great taste.
- Pool area also looked very clean and luxurious. Live singing in the late evening was very entertaining.
- Complimentary bus shuttle to Pantai Chenang.

Cons:

- Cleaning staff opened the door to our room while we were packing an hour before check-out time for cleaning and to 'remind us to check-out soon'. It felt invasive and uncomfortable. It would've been better done over the phone.

Nice Hotel - Value for Money
Pros:

This hotel is good and would recommend for stay. The breakfast was also good. This is good value for money kind of hotel. They have nice swimming pool as well. The staff was good. They have a nice welcome drink so you can keep enjoying it for free.

Cons:

This hotel is a bit old. Furniture needs some new look, specially like the dressing tables etc.
