Pros:

Highly not recommended to stay in this unit (43A-09, Level 43A, Reizz Residence, Kuala Lumpur).

The cleanliness of the bed was very poor. After sleeping for one night, my skin became itchy and swollen. I suspect there were dust mites or other insects on the bed, which seriously affected my stay.

In addition, this unit does not seem to be professionally managed for short-term rental. It appears that the owner or tenant lives there and only rents it out when there are guests, so the overall cleanliness and maintenance are questionable.

What was even more disappointing was that there was not even basic Wi-Fi provided, which is unacceptable for short-term accommodation nowadays.

There are many other apartments available in Kuala Lumpur. Please think carefully before booking this unit (43A-09) to avoid ruining your trip.

Nice place
Pros:

Great stay overall. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice view,nice room.and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for exploring the area. Easy check in check out process.Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained apartment with stunning city views and easy access to nearby attractions. And the poparty manager Riaz was very helpful and cooperative with us for parking, checking, checkout.
