Pros:

It was really spacious with a nice communal pool on the 8th floor.
Good value for the money.

Cons:

You have to use grab to get to the apartment.
No easy access from the city as there isn't metro station nearby.

Parking is a problem. If you have two cars you need to find parking outside which is difficult.
