Five stars for incredible hospitality! The staff here truly cares about their guests.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here, but what we appreciate the most was the exceptional service after we've checked out. Our son accidentally left a pillow in the room. The moment we realised this, contacted the hotel, and the staff went completely above and beyond. They immediately located it, kept it safe, and seamlessly arranged for us to get it back without any hassle. The hotel itself was great - clean, comfortable, and well maintained - but this level of genuine care and honest hospitality is truly cherised. A huge thank you to the management, housekeeping and front desk team for their quick communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was good.
Pros:

Stayed in courtyard at Phuket and was expecting the same standard. Courtyard at Melaka is not very maintained.
Pros:

Nice and comfortable settings at the lobby

Cons:

Room is old. Flush doesn’t work very well. Overall not well maintained
