I not expected 4 STARs facilities for the money that i paid but the important is the cleanliness.
Pros:

I just like the location since it just next to my main destination - Summit Mall. Also quite plenty of road site parking

Cons:

This was honestly one the worst hotel i hv experienced. The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. There were visible stains on chair, stool and towel were old and worn out. the blankets also had obvious yellowish stains, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic.
The air-cond temperature could not be control by us. No remote provided even been asked from reception. making the room uncomfortable. to make matter worse, the TV is just display item. Could not even turned on after chg the remote twice.

Room at the end of the corner behind said by staff the cheapest room that's why get there
Bed are bad
Room are dim some lights are out
TV channel very limited. Poor satellite poor fon lines. Kids get bored.

was not how they put on the website, very bad, very dusty, very old, very creepy. wanted a refund and they never gave one, they kept on blaming booking. com when booking.com alrdy said need to allays with the hotel. this was a big scam
