位置很好，楼下就有餐厅和榴莲店。酒店的楼整体看着很显眼，司机接送都很方便。

Very central location, in the heart of the town and focus areas. Hotel is also very nicely designed and furnished. Room and ensuite bathroom was spacious and very clean.
Minor inconvenience - there was no elevator to the lobby so be prepared to carry your luggage up one floor.

De kamer met eigen badkamer schoon en ruim, de badkamer had een goede douche. Bed was comfortabel, niet heel breed.
Houd rekening met muziek en lawaai vanaf de straat als je hier in het weekeind logeert. De muziek gaat door tot 01.00 - 03.00 AM. Oordoppen zijn een uitkomst, het hotel geeft je een set als je er om vraagt

The room is large and spacious, is well decorated and was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and it has laundry facilities if you need them.
The room smelt pretty musty through even using the air con.
The location is excellent with lots of places to eat within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and having laundry facilities was great too.
The noise from the street below was very loud at times during the night with lots of motorcycle noise or people screaming/shouting.
The small and medium-sized rooms are, in my opinion, only suitable for one person rather than two. However, if you are looking for comfort and convenience, I would still recommend them because the location is right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu’s main tourist area. Short stay highly recommend!
There is a lack of detailed information about the facilities. For example, it is not clearly explained that the escalator starts on the second floor of the building, not on the ground floor. As a result, guests with a lot of luggage may need to carry their suitcases themselves, as there are no staff waiting downstairs to assist with luggage.
This is something that elderly guests, in particular, may want to take into consideration.

The hotel is very well located in the city centre.
The customer service is excellent: the reception is open 24 hours a day, and the staff are very helpful.
The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Be aware that you need to bring 200 MYR in cash for the room deposit, which was a bit of a surprise for us.
Our room faced the hotel’s spotlight, and despite the curtains, it stayed very bright all night. The street was also quite noisy. Luckily, we had sleep masks and earplugs.
Overall, a good hotel with great service and a convenient location, but light sleepers should request a room away from the street and the lights.
