Pros:

The view, this homestay is just facing the sea, at night time the sea breeze is just perfect.very comfortable,secluded .there's a kitchen ,barbeque set washing machine etc.can fit 10 to 20 members .highly recommended.

-Inside building parking that connects to lobby and elevator.
-Balcony with view of yachts!
-Spacious unit
-pantry with utensils and functioning refrigerator

Beds allocation. Book and confirm for 1 extra large bed, with 2 single beds. End up got 2 single beds and 2 extra single beds. Not futon or sofa bed ya. Rubbish arrangement.
