Great location great rooms
Pros:

Location! Right near KL park and twin towers , resort is amazing for kids and adults pool access rooms are the best

I loved it
Pros:

We came to the four points as 2 families we brought our kids they loved it so much the staff was helpful and friendly the pool and the kids area were nice and joyful

The food menu was limited
And the breakfast was not the best

Cons:

The check in took forever.
The fact you cannot use cash in all the premises was a big let down. We probably won't book again with you just for that.

整体不错，特别是地理位置
Pros:

地理位置、娱乐设施，非常亲子友好，离KLCC很近

Cons:

被安排在了尾房，当然我们也提早到了酒店，房间虽然是五星标准，但房间面积还是在四星水准

Pros:

Pool was amazing and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best buffets. Location was central
