I want to say if you can afford it this hotel is the best for families.
Pros:

I liked everything about that hotel, the facilities the staff the swimming pool. Specially the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like to mention one of the staff Syed Azzraei Bin Syed Mohammad Faudzi who is assistant chief of concierge who help me a lot, I am so thankful to him, all other staff were also helpful. But the Syed Azzraei was some one who help you out of his way, honestly I am thankful to him.

absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

We all had a great time. Kids loved the pool, playground and kids club. Staff were so attentive and kind, always smiling. Mr Afif Aziz at check in gave us complimentary breakfast. Staff helping during breakfast gave my dad a birthday cake when they heard it was his birthday. Overall wonderful stay!

please make sure ur staffs treat all races equally. cause only the indian table was next to garbage bin
Pros:

The stay and pool area were good. I would say the food was good.

Cons:

We are very upset that the manager gave us to sit beside the garbage bin for breakfast! totally unfair! we should demand a refund for that

3 giorni perfetti a KL nel cuore della città
Pros:

Camera con vista Petronas .Hotel moderno con camere nuove dotate di ogni comfort,pulite e arredate con gusto.Staff cordiale e disponibile.Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo .posizione a 5 minuti da centro commerciale Suria e Petronas tutto a portata di mano per visitare KL in 3 giorni.

Cons:

Acqua dalla doccia che fuoriesce in bagno.
camere spesso riordinate nel tardi pm anche dopo le 17
Piscina affollata e frequentata da famiglie maleducate.la piscina si vede che è datata rispetto il resto dell'hotel che è molto bello e moderno.

Pros:

Location was good and all the facilities were well maintained.

Cons:

The hotel is located in the town area with busy traffic, it can take longer time back to the hotel if you’re driving during peak hours. Plus, taxi and Grab drivers often drives into the hotel road to cut queues which makes the traffic jam even worse.
