Spoken my complaints to the manager who has promised to look into the matter but has yet to come back to me...

Cons:

This trip was challenging.
1st Room with total power failure.
2nd room, air corn not cold.
3rd room, no door for the bathroom.

Pros:

good service..
very comfortable conditions

Cons:

the problem for me is.. i check in at 10am and have to pay Rm109.00 booking only one night with breakfast Rm 272..so total RM 380..for one night..i hope i can go to ibis hotel again with cheap price.. if i can stay for 3 days 2 nights with cheap price..then it will be great.
