Pros:

Hotel memang bersih. Staff sangat2 baik dan mesra. bilik juga selesa. Persekitaran memang bagus. Tenang dan ada beberapa kemudahan lain. Hotel juga bersih. Terbaik. Dah dua kali menginap sini. Jika ada urusan area bangi, akan sewa hotel ni lagi. 👍👍

Cons:

Kedai makan berdekatan kurang. kedai serbaneka 24 jam berdekatan tiada. Tapi nasib baik ada pasaraya baru buka berdekatan. Kalu ada kedai serbaneka 24 jam berdekatan hotel lagi cantilk😀

secara umum, kawasan adalah baik, bersih dan sunyi. sesuai untuk urusan kerja dikawasan sekitar, ada tempat yang boleh berjogging dan membeli barangan makan dan basah. enjoy the stay.

Cons:

so far ok, walaupun masa itu tidak ramai pengunjung disebabkan oleh hari berkerja biasa. secara umum, tiada apa-apa yang mendukacitakan pada pandangan saya.

Customer is Not Always Right
Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

1) Customer is not always right. That's why it is important for staff to have the right attitude and communication skills to inform the customers CORRECTLY where they should park. Don't assume that customers have been there many times, when it was their first time. Even to that area. An apology would be great for the miscommunication but none was uttered by the Receptionist.
2) Water heater was not hot enough.
