Pros:

Staff had noted it was my birthday during our stay, and arranged a lovely birthday acknowledgment for me which was very unexpected and fun!
Really enjoyed the pool, room cleanliness and size of the room.
Had a great margarita at the bar.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, despite being non-smoking.
We were initially placed in a room that smelled very strongly and asked if it was possible to change rooms.
Staff were very accomodating and immediately changed us to another room, however this room also had a vague smell of cigarettes, albeit not nearly as strong as the first room. Unsure if this is an issue hotel-wide.
Otherwise, had a very pleasant stay.

Wir waren zu 100 % zufrieden und hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top, die Zimmer sind modern und sehr schön, und auch das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam.

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst – eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! ❤️

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist der Poolbereich: Wenn man eine Liege möchte, muss man etwas Glück haben oder flexibel sein und sich einen Platz am Rand suchen.
