Excellent stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

Hotel Indigo has a very unique design. Very impressive. It is located in the KL downtown. Close to all attractions. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast delicious. 10 out of 10!

A good place to stay which is a few minutes walk to KL tower
Pros:

I like the motiff of the room itself. It is a very lovely and with a relaxing vibe ( view of KL tower and Merdeka tower) both in the bedroom and bathroom.

Cons:

I was mislead because of the backdoor entrance 😂😂😂

A szállás központi helyen van. Nagyon jó elrendezésű, tágas szoba és fürdőszoba.
Kényelmes ágyak, tökéletes, selymes ágynemű, luxus érzés! Kiváló reggeli. Kedves személyzet!
Gyönyörű medence a tetőteraszon. Fantasztikus kilátás a bárból.

The best hotel I've stayed in! Highly recommendable :)

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly; the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the room was nicely decorated & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The bar (with its happy hour) was also very nice and so was the pool & gym. You have everything here to relax after a day in the city. And the location was perfect, too. Easily walkable to Chinatown, KLCC and the KL tower.

We would definitely come back to this hotel!

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious with sofa area, desk, mini bar, and walk in wardrobe. The beds were very comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The WiFi in my room didn’t work very well it would often disconnect and take a while to reconnect.

Een hotel met een goede locatie, maar verder een grote teleurstelling die absoluut niet voldeed aan de verwachtingen.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel was eigenlijk het enige echte pluspunt. Daarnaast voelden we ons veilig en was de kamer ruim met een mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Wij hadden door de hoge beoordelingen en positieve reviews erg hoge verwachtingen, maar het verblijf viel enorm tegen. Al bij het inchecken was het personeel chagrijnig en niet gastvrij. Het ontbijt was iedere dag exact hetzelfde, terwijl wij vier nachten verbleven — voor deze prijs had ik veel meer variatie en kwaliteit verwacht. Daarnaast was er veel te weinig verlichting bij het zwembad, wat de sfeer en het comfort niet ten goede kwam. Wat ik misschien nog wel het meest teleurstellend vond: onze kamer werd in vijf dagen en vier nachten niet eens gestofzuigd. Voor de prijs die je betaalt en de hoge beoordelingen die dit hotel krijgt, had ik echt een veel hogere standaard verwacht. Ik begrijp eerlijk gezegd niet waar deze goede beoordelingen vandaan komen.

Recovery and relaxation to the max.
Pros:

This hotel had all the facilities we require without over doing it. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Close to all the areas that we wanted to visit.
