Erg goed ontbijt. uitgebreid en vers. Naast de koffieautomaat kan je ook barista koffie aan de bar bestellen.
Mooie kamer, TV op de kamer met streaming mogelijkheid. Erg mooi zwembad en een uitgebreide sportschool.
Vriendelijk personeel. goede ligging in KLCC.
Kamer met uitzicht op de toren geboekt. toren kon je alleen zien wanneer je op je knieën met je hoofd gedraaid tegen het raam aan gaat zitten.
zitgelegenheid bij het zwembad is beperkt, hierdoor moeten wij onze spullen tijdelijk op de grond neerleggen.
The hotel was fab, the rooms were so lovely. The price point was so good for what you got. I loved the attention to detail.
The pool area and gym were also fantastic.

I really appreciated the thoughtful service from the front desk gentleman who helped arrange a birthday decoration in the room for my partner. I would also like to thank the Duty Manager, Luke, who took the time to listen to my concerns about the long wait during check-in and showed genuine care. The room itself was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and we had a very restful and enjoyable stay. I also liked the hotel’s location—it feels private and peaceful, while still being conveniently close to many tourist attractions. Overall, there were many aspects of the stay that we genuinely enjoyed.
The hotel did not send a booking confirmation prior to my arrival, which caused some uncertainty. The check-in process was also quite long. While guests were waiting in the lobby, I felt the front desk team could have been more attentive—for example, offering a welcome drink or simply taking a moment to update guests on the expected waiting time. It was disappointing to see staff using their phones behind the counter while guests were still waiting to be assisted. A little more proactive communication and hospitality would have made the arrival experience much more comfortable.

Everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfasts and the pool area.

An overall very good experience. Breakfast is diverse and staff were very attentive. Rooftop swimming pool is excellent. The associated restaurants and bars make this place an excellent 'one-stop-shop' for anything. Concierge were most helpful throughout.
The exercise/workout room is poor but then I did not notice many visitors.
