Pros:

Séjour globalement décevant au regard du prix payé.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et les agents de sécurité méritent une mention spéciale : toujours souriants, aimables, serviables et très professionnels. Ils font un excellent travail et contribuent à rendre le séjour plus agréable.

Malheureusement, plusieurs problèmes ont terni notre expérience. À deux reprises, nous avons constaté des traces sur les draps du lit. La première fois, nous avons demandé un changement, mais le problème s’est reproduit quelques jours plus tard, ce qui est décevant pour un établissement de ce standing.

Nous avons également rencontré des difficultés avec le matériel de la chambre. Le fer à repasser ne fonctionnait pas et, après avoir obtenu un remplacement, celui-ci était endommagé : de l’eau brûlante s’écoulait par une ouverture, ce qui représentait un véritable risque de brûlure.

Par ailleurs, nous avons régulièrement eu des problèmes avec les ascenseurs ainsi qu’avec les cartes d’accès qui fonctionnaient de manière aléatoire.

Enfin, à notre arrivée, personne ne nous a accompagnés ou orientés jusqu’à notre chambre. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls, ce qui n’est pas le niveau de service attendu dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.

En résumé, malgré un excellent emplacement et un personnel de sécurité remarquable, le rapport qualité-prix ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Man hat keine Aussicht auf die Tower und sieht nur ein leerstehendes Gebäude. Wäscheservice ist sehr teuer

Pros:

Der Pool war wirklich toll, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Das Zimmer war groß und es gab sehr viel Platz.

Cons:

Das einzige, was ich anmerken würde, ist dass es eine Möglichkeit geben sollte, wo man Flaschen mit Trinkwasser auffüllen kann.

Prima, fris maar wel lieve mensen die ons hielpen.
Pros:

locatie was prima, echter uitzicht op een nog al lelijke grijze muur van de buren. verder was jet qua temperatuur in het gebouw te koud, zowel in de lobby als ook het restaurant. verder iets meer planten zou bijdragen aan gezelligheid.

Cons:

zie hier boven de opmerkingen. organisate van het ontbijt is een beetje chaotisch, koffie wed wel opgenomen, maar niet geleverd. 2 x bij ontbijt

Très bel hôtel très bien situé

L’hôtel est très joliement décoré d’œuvres d’artistes dans tout l’hôtel. Les chambres sont belles spacieuses et très confortables ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon très qualitatif. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier calme à proximité de tout. La piscine est très simpa.

Cons:

L’espace autour de la piscine est un peu petit il y a peu de transats. La climatisation dans les couloirs des chambres est glaciale !
