Pros:

海景，設備，泳池景觀，可去Sunway mall較近

Cons:

泳池地板滑，趟椅太少，管理質素未達五星，如經常要到喬治鎮會較費時

The shower and bath gel smell very nice

Cons:

Unfriendly receptionist with fake smile are not welcomed especially after you have travel whole day on the road. Becareful for the pax updated upon booking. They follow strictly on the pax updated and even need to pay breakfast for kids below 12 if you are not updating the correct number of guest.

Cons:

I book under large double bed. And was given 2 single bed. The manager even ask me to cancel if I don’t like single bed. Very disappointed. Book large double bed given me single bed

A good hotel to explore nearby towns in Kedah
Pros:

New hotel, rooftop pool has great view of Penang Island, good buffet breakfast spread and we managed to get our 3 rooms for all family members on the same floor despite peak period with a room that we don’t mind waiting until evening to get the keys for convenience over 3 nights stay. Thanks

Cons:

Access to hotel car park has to go through a long continuous spiral ramp which might not be comfortable to some people. Nothing much to see and eat within walking distance except 7-11 and Zus at ground floor but restaurants and food court are just a short drive away. Minor design flaws like water ponding at the washroom basin and toilet glass door got stuck on the floor halfway during opening.

Pros:

Amazing staff with pack with best atitude.
The toilet are clean, the bed is comfortable.
As for the parking, it is totally spacious and perfect for my hilux.
Looking forward for my next stay and i will try out their dinner and breakfast.

Great stay & staffs!
Pros:

The staffs were so helpful, breakfast was good with lots of selection and spacious room with beautiful seaview. Could be perfect place to relax on the weekend.

Cons:

worst staff. Durga treated me very bad and doesn't know anything about her job. She is relative of boss that's why she is working

I was denied my prebooked preference about room choice by durga and she gave me unclean room and no water and basic facilities

Even basic facilities like soap, vanity kit despite making 8 calls weren't provided

Breakfast food was stale
