Pros:

The location and a pleasant place to stay

Cons:

I stayed here several times and i’m very much satisfied with all serviced. However my recent stay at room 1716 rather disappointed because the bathroom a bit smelly and the bidet leaking.

Pros:

Would be good if there are more local restaurants nearby, so easier to buy some meals around.

Es ist ein schönes modernes Hotel. Alles ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist riesig! Mit Abstand das grösste und abwechslungsreichste auf unserer Singapur/Malaysia Reise.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schön aber für malayische Verhältnisse auch recht teuer. Ich hatte ein 3-Bettzimmer gebucht und hatte mir darunter bei dem Preis auch ein richtiges Dreibettzimmer vorgestellt. Es war aber ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zustellbett.

Pros:

I had a nice room overlooking the sea. Everything was very clean and good facilities. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Close to the train station and ferry terminal.

Pros:

We like the seaview even though it was a hazy day, the rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food is good and tasty. Breakfast has a good variety. Parking is ample and there are EV chargers.
