This was my first time staying here, and I plan to use it many more times when I'm in the area. I would like to suggest some improvements, however, because on my first visit, the staff gave me the wrong room key and the room didn't have towels

But when check out, didn't refund the deposit but said the RM5 is now for tax!!!

I really don't know how to rate.. The overall experience wasn't what I expected..

Cons:

The bathroom was a failure shower was literally trickling the facility in the bathroom was far from working window was broken sink piping was defective.. Water was leaking below.
I was given 1 towel. Explanation from staff was short of towels floors were not clean at all
