Clean, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

I liked the clean, spacious, and well-maintained room. The facilities were excellent, including charging cables, a Dyson hair dryer, a bathtub, and a separate shower. There was still plenty of space to move around comfortably even with our luggage opened up, and the room was bright with plenty of natural light.

Customer service was responsive and helpful, with quick replies to any enquiries.

The location was also excellent, as Imago Shopping Mall is just downstairs, making shopping and dining very convenient.

Cons:

No major issues during my stay.

The apartment was compact, exceptionally clean and modern.

Cons:

I wasn't expecting the apartment to be in a complex above the shopping mall. The pool was outdoors for all apartment residents to use.

Great location for exploring the area from. The owners/staff were very helpful answering all our questions and giving recommendations when we needed them. Nice touch to get fresh bottles of water every day

Excellent, comfortable stay
Pros:

What an incredibly wonderful place which exceeded my expectations. I had a 12 hour layover until my next flight and decided to check in here. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted me down at the bottom floor and showed me to my room. The room was small yet very well designed. It comes equipped with everything one would need even for longer stay. The place is extremely fresh and clean! It comes with coffee, tea, water, Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging ports and even a battery charger. As one comes in there’s a toilet and to the left is the bedroom area, which is small, although adequate and beyond the bedroom area is a shower as well as a small bathtub. Although this is located within a mall, this place was extremely quiet except for the occasional plane landing at the nearby airport. With one advantage being that there are several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place for someone with a layover longer than six hours or a flight out of KK the next day.
Wait! I wrote all this before. I took a shower. The water pressure and the heat were fantastic!. After the shower, I dried myself off with the most incredibly soft towels. I love the detail in this small space. I would up my recommendation if possible.
The response time to my questions was very prompt and informative.

Amazing and outstanding for the price I paid
Pros:

It is just above the mall, very convenient if you want to do shopping. The unit is amazing, you have everything u need from the basic toiletries kit to the big bath tub despite the room size.

Great communication and services
Pros:

Communication and services are great! With our request, we had a bigger room and it was a very nice room.

Cons:

The property is closed to the main road, so we could hear the traffic noise at the nights.
