It is just above the mall, very convenient if you want to do shopping. The unit is amazing, you have everything u need from the basic toiletries kit to the big bath tub despite the room size.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz Residence Kota Kinabalu, and it was an absolute standout experience. From the moment I arrived, the quality of service and attention to detail were excellent.
The room itself was stunning and impeccably clean. The aesthetics were modern and inviting.
What truly sets this place apart are the thoughtful touches. They provide everything you could possibly need, including:
Umbrellas and raincoats are ready for use, selection of branded perfumes available for guests to use freely, unlimited supply of tea bags, coffee, and carbonated drinks, Complimentary (FOC) daily room service that kept everything fresh throughout my stay.
The staffs were the heart of this residence. They were incredibly helpful and fast to respond to any request, ensuring that my stay was completely hassle-free.
Everything about this stay was excellent. I will definitely be coming back to Ritz Residence the next time I’m in Kota Kinabalu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury and top-tier hospitality!

整體都很齊全，房間也乾淨
面對街上有落地窗的房間很明顯聽到外面街上的吵雜聲，隔音效果有很大的改善空間，另外睡到半夜被熱醒，才發現是冷氣自動關機了。

The room was lovely, had loads of amenities, felt very luxurious. The staff were so helpful in escorting me to the room and helping with my luggage, as well as helping me when i had accidentally left something in my room. The bed was super comfortable. I loved how the hotel had provided lots of things such as snacks, power bank, water, everything you could possibly need for your stay. The staff were also easily accessible through WhatsApp throughout my whole stay to answer any questions.
The rooms were slightly confusing to find by myself but the staff were there to escort me so it was ok.
