Pros:

The staff were amazing, if you needed anything, they were there straight away to help.
The room was on the smaller side but wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely four night stay.

I would definitely stay at this property again.
Pros:

The location of the property was perfect - right above the Imago Mall in KK. The room was spacious enough and the bed very comfortable. The shower was very nice as well.

Cons:

I only stayed for two nights but some closet space for longer stays would be nice.

A lovely stop in the heart of KK!
Pros:

Location was incredible. Service was swift and helpful. The room itself was very clean, useful and looked great.

Cons:

The only slight negative is there wasn’t a lot of room for our airplane luggage, but you can work around that.

Pros:

Amazing staff support, convenient location, and luxurious amenities at the best value. Highly recommended for anyone planning their first trip to Sabah. The area is not too crowded either.

Cons:

Some might be bothered by the road noise, but not us.

Auch wenn kein Hotel im klassischen Sinn, sondern Zimmer in einem Wohnkomplex, ist man bestens betreut und hat alles zur
Pros:

Moderne tolle Ausstattung mit vielen Extras. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.
Tolles Gym und 2 grosse Pools.

Cons:

Fluglärm. Viele Hotels im Zentrum liegen jedoch in der Anflugschneise.
