Pros:

The air conditioning in my original room was not functioning properly, so I requested a room change for my second night. I was asked to return after 3:00 PM the following day, which I willingly accommodated, despite having already paid for a two-night stay.
However, when the room change was finally arranged, I was moved to a significantly smaller room that appeared much older and less well-maintained than the one I had originally booked.
To make matters worse, on the night of my check-in, reception staff knocked on my door at 12 midnight, stating that there had been a mistake with my registration by the previous shift and that they needed to rectify it. Being disturbed at 12:00 AM for an internal administrative error was highly unprofessional and disruptive.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. The handling of the room change, the downgrade in room quality, and the late-night disturbance reflected a lack of consideration for guest comfort and service standards.

The first room had a broken bed. I asked to change rooms, but the next room had a broken air conditioner. Then I agreed to pay a bit extra for a deluxe room, but that room had no curtains on the window and no bathroom light.

After that, I requested a king room. It was more spacious, but there were cockroaches and the room was still dirty. On top of that, I had to pay extra again.

At first, the staff asked me to pay an extra RM40 for two nights, but said I could pay for one night first. The next day, when I wanted to pay the remaining RM20, the staff suddenly said no need to pay because of the inconvenience caused. So what if I had already paid the full RM40 earlier?

Honestly, I wasn’t the only guest complaining. There were another four guys repeatedly asking to change rooms because the conditions were so bad. The staff kept saying it’s a budget hotel — I understand that. But I’ve stayed at the Damansara Jaya branch before and it was great.

I don’t mind staying in a budget hotel, but at least the room condition should be acceptable.

I informed the CS that I will check in late after 8pm. However when I arrived, my room was taken, they told me I got no more room, they could refund me. However due to late night and I feel tired, I asked for their options. They further tell me to go to another branch to stay a night. After making calls he finally located me at the same hotel. They rushed to clean the room and neglected many things. They didn't change the towel, no shampoo/shower cream, sticky floor,
the door lock was broken. I was bloody tired and couldn't do anything I just fell asleep and quickly ran away the next morning. What a bad experience. I hope this is just a special case.
The male customer service however is helpful and polite. I just don't understand why they sold off my room to other clients, 😕😕😕😕😞

Pros:

- Second time stay here. Great Location, SS2 is the Hub of everything. This hotel is a gold mind of conveniency.
- comfy bed, no bed bugs bite.

Cons:

- Staff not very eager to help. Type of "You can Do it yourself" attitude. Check in at around 4pm on 19/3/26. Go figured who the reception staff is !! I booked for 19th to 24th March, but I decide to extend 2 more days. Tell the staff upfront about the extension, but he told me to use booking.com instead. (which i think is weird, cause I'm already at hotel counter, why can't he just extend 2 days in his system). Then he said need to collect extra RM5 per night for tax, which I agreed to pay upfront. Then why not just help me to extend the 2 nights. Then the staff no choice but relent to do so. This clearly shows the staff is uninterested & not helpful. Collect money, Yes!, but extra work No!

Terrible accommodation
Cons:

太烂了，第一次住这种烂地方，房间没有灯，厕所也没灯。下飞机12：30am。搞到凌晨1点多都没办法解决。找的房间不是灯有问题就是冷气有问题。退款也不能，要我们半夜2am去其他分行的酒店住。你们还敢来这样的地方住吗？
