Great stay
Pros:

Loved the location of this hotel!!! Also loved how clean the room was and how kind the staff were! All the staff were exceptionally kind. Also I arrived for my birthday solo and the hotel made sure I had everything I needed!

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like but I wish the breakfast had more options

Pros:

There was very little not to like. And so close to a whole street of nightime food stalls.

Cons:

Not a dislike, but we booked the hotel's car to take us to the airport. It was nearly 30 minutes late. Management did give us a 50% discount, which we really appreciated.

إقامة جميلة ومريحة، النظافة جيد جدا والموقع ممتاز قريب من الخدمات ، وسط المدينة في شارع العرب بالقرب من المطاعم والمحلات ، تعامل الموظفين راقي الافطار منوع ويوجد اصناف كثيرة والبوفيه واسع ، انصح بالاقامة.

Pros:

Attentive helpful staff. Room was generally good size, comfortable bed. Great view of 118, the second tallest building on Earth.

Cons:

The softdrinks in the room were only replaced on request, and that could take more than one ask sometimes. There was mould stains at the back of the bathroom sink, and water leaked from the showerover the bathroom floor.

Loved everything about this property! Room 2108, 2008 are the ones I would want to stay everytime!
Night Manager Mr. Nazri! I would like to thank you for being so cordial and making the stay even more wonderful for myself! Mr Faez from reception was very cordial as well.

Loved the swimming pool, the new rooms, comfy beds! Just sometimes the lobby gets crowded but it’s due to demand.

Cons:

I was charged a deposit for the hotel room. They would only accept credit card, which I do not have. Had to use my Fathers credit card.

Strangely, only I was charged a deposit for my room. My Father, Brother & Freibd who were also staying there at the same time and booked the same rooms through the same website but were not charged a deposit and did not need to provide a credit card.

Don’t mind paying a deposit, but seemed really strange that they wouldn’t accept my debit card AND did not charge anyone else in my family and friends a deposit.

Pros:

Bookingの写真通りのお部屋でした。清掃担当の方も親切で、毎回足りないものはないか声をかけてくれました。
朝食もAsian中心に充実していました。パンの種類も豊富です。
立地は申し分ないです。

Cons:

おそらくホテル内のパーティーか何かだと思うのですが、夜遅くまで音楽が爆音で流れていました。3泊しましたが、毎日でした。
