Good location for a short stay
Pros:

Great location near food street, nice pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for us was in an overflow room and ok but not fabulous for the standard of the hotel. Better in the main room.

Cons:

We were in an adjoining room, and people next door very noisy, had to knock on the door numerous times during the night, same thing happened next night. No soundproofing as the door has gap at bottom and is only wood.

I enjoyed the breakfast and staff however the rooms must be cleaned properly, rooms should be vacuumed daily

Great hotel location, lovely staff but breakfast not good.
Pros:

The Hotel has been upgraded and looks great. Our stay was lovely and the location of the hotel is excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast is not very good, with limited choices. The choices of foods did not match the hotel standard.
I was not happy with the choices. When I made a complaint, it was addressed but no changes were made. This was very dissapointing. The service staff are good but the cooks and chefs do not understand whay guests like.

Budget friendly, centrally located !
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel is the location if you really want to experience bustling night life, it is near food markets and there is plenty activity almost all night. The pool area is also very nice and it has a 24hour gym.

The concierge was quite helpful in giving us information about activities as well as help with managing our luggage.

Shower and water pressure are good !

Cons:

We arrived almost at midnight and no porter met us at the door, we had to carry all our suitcases by ourselves to the reception.

The cleanliness level is mid-range, not thorough or spick and span.

The breakfast is not very nice, especially if you are there for 5 nights like we were and they remove breakfast on-the dot. although is listed as a 5-star its not luxury actually. However, there are many food options as soon as you exit the hotel so its not a train smash.
