Pros:

Bookingの写真通りのお部屋でした。清掃担当の方も親切で、毎回足りないものはないか声をかけてくれました。
朝食もAsian中心に充実していました。パンの種類も豊富です。
立地は申し分ないです。

Cons:

おそらくホテル内のパーティーか何かだと思うのですが、夜遅くまで音楽が爆音で流れていました。3泊しましたが、毎日でした。

The hotel is in an excellent and convenient location, with numerous shopping malls and food streets just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel also offers very affordable parking rates. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The check-in process was simple and efficient, and the breakfast selection was also very extensive and satisfying.

Cons:

However, what was particularly disappointing and significantly affected my overall experience was the air-conditioning issue. I stayed in Room 1214, and the direction of the air flow appeared to have a serious problem. The cool air seemed to be directed mainly towards the bathroom, while the bedroom area did not cool down properly at all.

Given the hot and humid weather in Kuala Lumpur, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night, which greatly affected my sleep quality and made it very difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep. I sincerely hope the hotel can look into this issue and ensure that the air-conditioning system in the room is properly inspected and repaired.

Great Property – Would Stay Again!
Pros:

The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast had a good selection to choose from, and the location was ideal.

Overall, a great property with excellent service, convenient facilities, and a good location. I would definitely stay here again!
