Lots of pros and a few cons, ultimately a decent hotel at its price-point but falls short of a Hyatt property
Pros:

- Amazing location, located less than 5 minutes away from Pavilion mall.
- The staff were wonderful and so welcoming!
- The rooms were SO spacious and relatively clean. Beds were super comfy!
- Free water bottles in the room that were replenished daily.
- Water pressure was perfect, and I appreciate that shower amenities were provided.
- Hotel breakfast had great variety and was delicious.

Cons:

- There was a weird, musty and sewer smell when we entered the room and this persisted through my entire stay (3 days, 2 nights) whenever we entered the room.
- The towels were not always clean - my friend found hair on hers and some of the towels were torn at the edges.
- The air conditioning in the room was NON-EXISTENT. I was perspiring through the night on both days, and it got so unbearable that I requested for reception to send someone up to the room to check, but nobody came and it was getting late into the evening so I just went to sleep as I had a flight to catch the next day.

Excellent. Please see my comments above. I would recommend the hotel to others, happy to come back.
Pros:

I have given 10 for over a range of the followings: (a) staff for their friendliness, willing to help, greetings and manners and ability to answer basic questions of the places outside the hotel (b). The location to the mall, ease of going to different places, especially not right in the middle of the city center (c) The facilities, they may not have the largest swimming pool, gym the sky-high city views but the pool, gym, lift, cleanliness met my expectation. The staff at the reception and the cleaners made this hotel proud.

Cons:

Perhaps the reception on the level 1 not on the ground floor, the spiral stairs between level 1 and 2 could be potentially a safety issue for older guests. The non-hotel guest and public are able to use the same lifts to the restaurant/pool/gym on the top floor. A large waste bin for the room. The childcare center opposite the hotel entrance causing some traffic jams due the parents pick up. Got worse in the rain.

No porter service, No bellman
Pros:

Location next to the mall, Pavilion

Cons:

The staff saying "everything is self-service" regarding the porter service upon check-in.
We checked-in with 5 pieces of lugguages and asked to deliver them to the room.
After being informed that we had to bring our lugguages with us, we had to drive the trolley by ourselves and hurt the toe nail.
4 star rated without "porter service", but we saw there is a staff busy assisting with lugguages.
First time being informed to drive the trolley by guests, the worst experience!

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that even though the usual check-in time is 3 PM, I arrived around 1 PM and they did their best to get my room ready. I was able to check in just a few minutes later, which was really nice after arriving early.

The room was clean, and the location was great just a short walk from Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay.
