Pros:

La proximité de l’établissement avec la rue centrale, soit les bars et les boîtes de nuit est vraiment excellent
L’entrée de l’établissement est juste magnifique
Nous avions de la chance, nous étions en hauteur dans notre chambre et avions vu sur les tours, la chambre était très belle, et le nettoyage était fait quotidiennement un gros plus
Néanmoins, peut-être un peu de manque de nettoyage sur la façade du mur derrière le lavabo

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est absolument immonde, il mériterait d’y avoir plus de choses dans le petit déjeuner continental soit des viennoiseries ou du Nutella ou des pancakes
Le fait de faire payer un supplément de serviette dans les chambres je trouve ça inadmissible sachant que du coup au début nous avions seulement un peignoir et j’ai réussi à avoir des serviettes gratuites MDR ça devrait pas être un luxe

Cons:

Housekeeping very slow. I left the Housekeeping button ON around 9 plus in morning. I come back around 2pm but room was not cleaned. Towels look awful. They look like the rugs on the floor. I feel all these is being compromised. Room doors are not soundproof. I I could not sleep as the noise at corridor was too much. little cockroaches running around in bathroom n bedroom as well. Its the first time o m seeing them. Please do some upgrades🙏🏽

Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent location and the staff are great. The rooms are clean and it is everything one can ask for at an amazing price

Cons:

The elevator can be an issue at times. I was on the topmost floor and many times go e made 6 or 7 stops before getting to the ground floor…

Beliggenheden var fin, og det føltes sikkert at bo på hotellet. Poolområdet var fint. Søde receptionister.

Cons:

Rengøring var ikke tilstrækkelig! Vi havde også problemer med vores kort i elevatoren, og vores toilet stoppede op flere gange…

The tv wifi signal didn’t work for the 6 days we stayed there so only local tv service worked no Netflix or YouTube music nothing I mentioned to room service but it was like talking to a brick wall

Improve the overall arrangements and staff conduct and behaviour.
Pros:

The inside room condition was ok.

Cons:

When I entered the hotel at 8 pm, the room was not ready at all. My luggage came 30 minutes after I reached to my room. The behaviour of the staff were improper and unacceptable. I complained to the front desk on the issue on 30 August 26 at 8.30 pm. But it seemed that the authority did not take that into consideration.
