I'll never come back to this hotel ever again. Not recommended.
Pros:

Clean.

Cons:

This hotel was unresponsive when I asked question online. I tried to call after that but the hotel number was unreachable. It was very inconvenient and infuriating. I checked-in around 10pm+ on 2/9/26. I noticed that the staff at the counter was very unpleasant. He is a plump black guy with curly hair, wearing glasses. The way he talked was rude and the intonation he was using was snobbish. I don't think he should be working in customer service sector.

Great location as we needed to visit HKL daily.

An alright hotel for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

I liked the beds, super comfortable which is very important to me when I travel. The wifi was also working just fine, no issues there at all. There is also a smart tv with youtube etc in the room. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. Nearby you can find a small minimart nearby that is open 24/7 which is a big plus.

Cons:

It is a bit of a walk to the skytrain, around 10 minutes. The room is pretty tiny, and unfortunately it had some sort of smell that just made the whole stay more difficult than it had to be. I think it is from the carpet, since the whole floor is carpeted. We also found a spot of old blood on one of the towels, but got it exchanged.
