Cons:

Die Check in Informationen kamen ziemlich kurzfristig und trotz 2-facher Nachfrage hab ich keinen Code für die Schlüssel Box erhalten.

La difficulté de communication
Exemple: Essayer de réserver un taxi le jour de notre départ,attendu sur la ligne qui s’est finalement coupée !
Aussi peut être suis-je trop vieux mais j’aurais aimé avoir un être humain physiquement à la la réception.

Era limpio pero estaba en un.subsuelo, on ruido de palomas, sin luz, muy feo.
No podías dejar el equipaje, te daban un código que no.se podia usar.

Tavsiye ederim ancak ilk defa kimsenin çalışmadığı e mail ve kod yöntemi ile bir yerde konakladık

Konumu güzel..tek tek yatak tercihimizdi ancak 2 kişilik yatak bulmuştuk ama i büyük bir yatak konforlu idi...2.gün geri geldiğimizde wc sifonu takılı kalmış hiçbir şekilde suyu durduramıyorduk ve hemrn bildirdikten sonra sabah gelip biz çıktıktan sonra tamir etmişlerdi..

Bir mikrodalga fırın olabilirdi..içecek açacağı konabilirdi...bagaj odasını kullanmak için çıkış sabahında bilgi aldık bize kod verdiler dış cepheden o kod ile bagaj anahtarı alacaktık ancak onu alamadık moralimiz bozuldu saat 11 check out saati dolmadan tekrar telefon ettik tekrar bilgi almak için ancak hem benim hem oda arkadaşımın telefonu engellenmişti kesinlikle ulaşılmıyordu...ne yapsak diye düşünürken saat 11 oldu temizlik görevlisi geldiğinde o anahtarı bize temin edip verdi sorun çözüldü ama bir süre bu konuda çözümsüz kaldık ve odada beklemek zorunda kaldık.

Highly recommend as modern studio in a fantastic location
Pros:

Top location to explore Vienna . Easy walk to sites or public transport options .
No problem with accessing early luggage storage & to check in to building via keypad. Apartment modern, clean & very well equipped . Nespresso , kettle . Access to shared washing machine .

Cons:

Dark . By public walkway so curtains closed for privacy .
Need a sofa in living area - small table & 2 chairs only .

Pros:

Прекрасная локация, 15 минут пешком до центральных красивых локаций. Чисто, стильно. Положили много капсул для кофе машины, мини упаковку вафель. Есть утюг, гладильная доска, посудомоечная машина, полотенца. Очень хорошой вариант размещения. Очень тихо, как будто мы одни были в здании.

Cons:

Мрачновато, приходилось включать свет по всей квартире чтоб хоть как-то было светлее. Не работал фен. Первый раз на просьбу поменять его не откликнулись, во второй написали, что принесут его к вечеру в 5, когда мы уже должны были улететь. Душевая кабина протекала снизу.

Great Place to stay in Vienna with great location to explore the city. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops around

Cons:

The temperature AC cannot be changed in the room as it is centrally controlled. We found the preset temperature a little too warm for our taste.

Pros:

Die Wohnung liegt in perfekter zentraler Lage (wenige Gehminuten vom Naschmarkt entfernt). Sie war zudem gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch der Checkin mit der "Schlüsselbox" ging sehr einfach.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage wurde immer wieder auf 24°C zurückgestellt (teilweise innerhalb weniger Minuten), egal welche Temperatur man eingab. Dadurch war es besonders nachts relativ warm.

CÓMODO Y CENTRICO
Pros:

El apartamento esta muy cerca de la zona histórica de viene ( si es que se puede acotar una zona en una ciudad tan maravillosa). Tiene varios restaurantes cerca y uno de ellos en la misma puerta del apartamento. Se trata de un edificios de apartamentos, todos ellos con códigos de entrada y llaves a través de un código en la entrada del edificio.

El barrio es tranquilo, tiene varias librerías, cafeterías, restaurantes y supermercados cerca. La parada de metro no esta en la misma calle pero son 5min andando y el propio barrio invita a pasear.

Repetiría la zona y posiblemente el mismo alojamiento.

Cons:

El check-in es todo automático y no hay personal en el edificio.
