اللوكيشن جدا قريب من سنتر زيلامسي عشر دقايق مشي او اقل ، النظافه نوعا ما نظيف لكنه مستهلك ، افضل شي وجود شطاف.

الستاف لطيفين لكن عيبهم ماقالوا لنا عن الباركنق المجاني القريب لهم خارج المدينه ولما قلنا لموظفة الاستقبال اننا بنختار الباركنق المجاني برا قالت اوه تعرفون عنه 😂😂 كانت تبينا ناخذ باركنق الفندق المدفوع اتوقع بس برأيي انه المفروض النزلاء يعرفون عن وجود باركنق مدفوع ومجاني ويكون لهم حرية الاختيار بعدها.

Zentrale Lage mitten in Zell am See
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage und das wir unsere E Bikes im Skikeller abstellen und laden konnten.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal ☺️

Cons:

Bei geschlossenem Fenster konnte man wegen der Wärme( trotz kühler Nachttemperatur) nicht schlafen, bei geöffnetem Fenster wegen des Lärms durch Züge und Autoverkehr nicht 😕

Un buen hotel para darte un pequeño capricho en un pueblo con mucho encanto
Pros:

Fue el hotel más caro de nuestro viaje por Austria, pero mereció la pena. La habitación tiene de todo, la cama es cómoda y el baño súper completo. Las instalaciones del hotel también son una pasada (con sauna y piscina climatizada) y el desayuno riquísimo y muy completo. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Cons:

La única pega que le pondríamos es que la tele, a pesar de su gran tamaño, es algo antigua y no nos permitió sincronizar ninguna plataforma de streaming, por lo que tuvimos que ver la serie en el móvil.

Mooi verblijf!
Pros:

Het ziet er allemaal netjes uit. Een klein keukentje is ook prettig. De locatie is ook ideaal en fijn om te parkeren onder het verblijf.
We kregen ook een summercard Zell am See, waardoor je dus meerdere kabelbanen gratis kan gebruiken en ook een boottocht. Dat was erg leuk en scheelde een hoop geld!
Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Cons:

Je kon eigenlijk niet normaal douchen. Bij de laagste stand liep het water al door de hele badkamer. Het was helaas ook erg warm en benauwd in de kamer. (September) Konden wel een ventilator krijgen.

Une zone spa très agréable et reposante, parfaite pour se détendre après une grosse journée de randonnée.

Petit déjeuner formidable.

L’établissement est très propre et le personnel accueillant.

Nous avons eu droit à un upgrade de chambre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable.

A fantastic base for exploring Zell am See
Pros:

Fantastic location, modern and spotless throughout, with a lovely pool, two saunas and relaxation areas. The complimentary Sommercard was a huge bonus and gave us access to loads of activities, including gondolas, the lake boat and lido. The free coffee downstairs and on-site parking (at an additional cost of €15 per night) were also great.

Cons:

The room was extremely warm with no air conditioning, so we had to leave the patio doors open, which unfortunately let insects in at night. The kitchenette was also poorly equipped for self-catering, and the bathroom/bed area felt a little cramped. The patios are close together too, so privacy is limited. Staff were accommodating, but the service felt quite functional rather than particularly friendly.

Bad cleaning service, early check out 10 AM

* Bidet/shattaf in the bathroom.
* Very good and diverse breakfast.

Cons:

No daily room cleaning.
* If you request cleaning, they only take out the trash; they do not clean the room.
* Check-out is very early at 10 AM, with an extra charge for a one-hour delay.
* Not allowed to stay in the lobby after check-out.
* Overall, the hotel is good, but the cleaning service, early check-out, and reception service could be improved.
