Location. Right in front KK central market. Nite Market. In the evening, there are stall selling street food along the corridor.
Nothing. May be they can improve on the breakfast spread. Too basic for Ascott Group.

21st floor rather high.
No drinking water in room. Had to walk a long way in the corridor to a dispensing station for the whole floor
The location and the pool were fantastic.
The room was clean and the bed insanely comfortable! I loved the drinking water dispensers on every floor and easy access to pool towels.
The reception staff especially were very blunt and cold. Considering it was quiet and there were 4+ reception staff, I had to ask them to use the luggage cart myself and they were reluctant to show me to my room.
The restaurant staff were super friendly though didn’t seem to know what ingredients were in the different food/drinks which is a huge problem in terms of allergies. Also, in order to pay card at the restaurant I had to go back down 6 floors to reception as they didn’t have a card machine. Especially with another hotel in the same building being half the price, citadines need to differentiate and provide better service to justify the price.

The shower is too small/crowded but its clean and the interior is nice.
The staff was very friendly
The smell is the hallway was very u pleasant , the room upon entering stank of greasy food. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. We booked this hotel because it offers laundry facility ( fortunately that was even clear) and we were doing a hike in the middle of the night, meaning that we would not sleep at all. We just needed a place for shower and leave our bags, and to do our laundry the next morning. Our floor’s hallway and room smelt so bad that it wasn’t even good enough for shower and resting of bags. It seems the carpet has never been cleaned.
The loction is great to town
They only have 4/5 resting chair..and there are no place for me to keep my belonging if all the chairs are take ..could be great if they could add more
