Location in the city centre is good if you don't have a car, can explore the city conveniently. 24hr gym, sunset view. Pantry, which gives space for simple breakfast preparation
The fishy smell from the fish market, nothing bad as it's part of the experience. Good thing is I don't smell it in the room

The location of the hotel is nice
Housekeeping seemed lazy, the tissue boxes were not restocked when we checked in and was missing a towel. The air conditioning was also not working properly and when they opened the unit it turned out the air filters were clogged from not being cleaned for probably months! The sound insulation is also not the best, the street noise can get loud so don’t expect the best sleep.
Our stay for 3 days 2 nights here was very good, we were upgraded to studio room & the facilities were absolutely accomodating. No complaint at all, location wise was okay & there's even parking provided for guest. Room and toilet was clean and spacious will definitely be our go to hotel in KK

The room was clean and the bed felt like a cloud - the pillows were amazing. It was lovely - the staff were so patient and kind and there was a beautiful lady in the restaurant that was so welcoming and helpful. I’m sure her name started with an L. Just beautiful.
The water went everywhere when you had a shower. You couldn’t stop it, so the floor was flooded.
Able to do laundry (RM10 for washer and dryer each), near to major places, comfortable bed and bedding, good size toilet, has a massage, coffee place and 24hour store
Corridor smelled of fishes (coz near seaport), creaky door, room not that clean, 5am prayers.

It wasn’t clean, shower room a bit small and on day one, while my son was taking shower, the water flow to the room and the carpet all wet.

The fishy smell from the surrounding ie market, jetty. Expanding the breakfast range to include more eclectic choices would be a great improvement.
