Cons:

The restaurant had minimal food options and very western, having some Malaysian food as well as western could be ideal.
Hot water wasn’t working initially and the bathroom gets very wet when you have a shower.

Pros:

Location close to the waterfront and markets was good.

Cons:

Tiny room. Very noisy at night with cars and bikes racing up the street outside. Not many beds by the smallish pool.

Good urban stay with all the mod-cons.
Pros:

Clean spacious rooms with a good pool, gym and laundry. Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

Quite busy & chaotic downstairs in the foyer and neighbouring suites lobby.

Great location, very spacious and clean. Friendly ssrvice. Will surely stay here again.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was low. Would have prefered more breakfast choices. Decent spread but some.extra choices esp for vegetarians would be nice

Fix the toilet water drainage.
Pros:

Pool was good, escalator were quick, check in and out smooth

Cons:

Bathroom water flowing outside toilet seat area (same issue with my last visit), need to wipe it using clothes. If not, whole toilet will be wet.

I can hear the billboard music sound even I was at level 20. Sound proof really need to improve.

Pros:

Could place to settle when you arrive in the city. You can do your laundry. The pool gives some beautiful views at sunset. Breakfast was good. You have a kitchen in your room, so you can cook your own meals if you like. You get free coffee & tea during the day!

Cons:

The shower was leaking a little bit.
