Location is central, the staff member who assisted us when we arrived at 2 am was amazing and super helpful when I couldn’t unlock my case.
Staff not informed about tourism maps and what to do and that there was a lovely restaurant on the 6th floor where you could get a glass of wine. Where the staff said nothing was open in the hotel and go to water front.
Amazing experience all round. Staff were super accommodating - location was super great too! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again!

コインランドリーもあり、ビーチに行った後などとても助かります。
お部屋はとても清潔で、キッチン用具も揃っています。電子レンジもあります。
1階には、コンビニ、バーガーキング、人気の中華發記、spa、カフェ、なんでもあります。
コスパ最高に良いです。

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast menu could be improved, as it did not quite meet the expected standard. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended and reasonably priced. Its convenient location, close to various eateries and the night market, is definitely a plus.

Location is great; near to the airport (about 30 mins drive during peak hour), and Anjung Kinabalu (night market + seafood spread) was a 5 mins walk, amongst other locations. Pretty centralised, walkable distance - perfect for exploring.
Great view of the sea from the room. Comfortable bed, clean room.
Friendly staff.
The room might be due for a renovation or maintenance. Visible signs of "wear and tear" such as bad waterproofing in the bathroom which leads to a stagnant smell.
Unpleasant odour in the corridor that I suspect came from the carpeted floor.
These two factors aren't a big deal if you are only here for a short stay.

Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel à cause de sa proximité immédiate (600m) d une mosquée. Nos vacances furent gâchées par l appel de la prière de 4/5h TOUT LES MATINS!!!.
Je comprends que la Malaisie est un pays musulman, le problème c est la totale inexistance d isolation phonique des chambres, et c est le cœur du problème, l expérience de ce très bon hôtel est totalement gâchée par ce manquement.
Étant donnée que la Malaisie vit grâce au tourisme, que les hôtel s assure de la bonne isolation de ses chambres, c est le stricte minimum surtout étant donné la proximité avec un mosquée.
Pour les esprits chagrin, j ai poursuivi mon voyage vers kuala lumpur après KK et je n ai pas eu à souffrir de ce type de désagrément pourtant il s agit du même pays.
