The overall design and aesthetic. Although the layout of the smaller rooms could be improved.
The thin walls which are clearly not sound proof. Some of the neighbouring rooms with outdoor courtyards could be heard chatting away late at night.
The hotel is conveniently located near a busy main road and is surrounded by many good restaurants. I really like the surrounding area, where some of the old bungalows have been beautifully renovated and transformed into new restaurants, giving the neighbourhood a fresh and lively atmosphere.
What I particularly like is that the area is also quite beautiful and green, with plenty of trees despite being located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. There are many lovely spots around the area where you can take nice photographs and capture some memorable moments during your stay.
The hotel lobby is located on Level 5. When I arrived, I drove my car to the entrance and met the car jockey. At first, I had some difficulty understanding what he was saying, possibly due to his dialect. However, after a while, I was able to understand what he was trying to explain and what he needed from me.
There is an RM20 parking fee per stay, which includes two exits. Each time we enter or leave the hotel, we are required to hand our car over to the car jockey to drive it to and from the parking area.
However, I noticed that when the car was returned to me, the steering wheel felt slightly sticky. I am not sure whether the car jockeys clean or sanitise their hands before driving the cars, or whether the stickiness may have been due to perspiration. It would be good if the hotel could pay a little more attention to hand hygiene and cleanliness when handling guests' vehicles.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main area, but it is also situated close to a busy main road. Because of this, we could hear car horns and the constant traffic outside the hotel, especially during the busier periods. The road noise was noticeable and could be a little disturbing at times.
Lovely indoor/outdoor feel. 3 minute walk to TRX! Breakfast was so delicious and the range was great. Staff were kind, organised and helpful. Room was small but comfortable and had everything you needed. Air con was great.
The pool is literally in the hotel lobby where everyone is entering and exiting, within view of all guests. I didn’t see anyone using the pool, likely because of the lack of privacy. I tried to check in at 3pm however my room was still not ready.
Location is awesome. Walking distance to TRX mall. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.
It is smack in the middle of the city, so it can be hard to travel by car at peak hours - heavy traffic.
Very short walk to TRX. The surrounding is lively with nearby restaurants/ cafes. The rooms are equipped with all necessities you would need, although ironing facilities have to be requested. I love the view from my room, especially at night. The wifi is speedy as well Please add kiblat direction, if possible.

L'hotel è fantastico, la struttura sembra piu un 4* ed è dotata di ogni comfort. La piscina al quinto piano davvero carina, lo staff è anche stato gentile e ci ha fornito gli asciugamani
We got upgraded for free to the loft-style room and it was amazing ! The room was so spacious and modern. We particularly liked the bathroom that had a semi-exterior shower which was so cool and new. Staff were amazing throughout our whole stay. Breakfast was really good and changed everyday !
The pool was a bit small and in front of the reception so everyone checking in/out or just going in/out can see you.
Location is good, hotel design is nice. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
The furnishing is quite old, can see some cracks and chipped furnitures here and there. But the rooms are clean though. Unless you get the bigger room, the space is quite small
