A short stay that is a must try.
Pros:

Location and room ambience is spot on. Great place to be nearby the city centre and quick efficient check in made the stay enjoyable. Perfect selection of bathroom toiletries helped to boost my morning. Wake uo call.

It was OK.
Pros:

Everything was good.

Cons:

No gym. The pool with no privacy facing direct towards reception counter. The deposit method, it was so expensive with RM200 depo and if paid by CC, it will takes too long to refund.

Great stay! Comfortable and excellent location!
Pros:

Great location close to TRX mall and KLCC. Rooms are kept well and the hotel has a great vibe!

Cons:

The open air bathrooms mean that there is no sound proofing from street noise. Nothing some earplugs wouldn’t solve.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, room was also great. Business room with an outdoor bathtub, something new. the kids thoroughly enjoyed that.

Cons:

The parking was 20rm for valet services. and the lobby was at L5 instead.
