Pros:

The location is perfect close to the airport with an available airport shuttle for a small fee. It's clean and provides everything needed for a quick stay. There are plenty of restaurants and stores next to it.

Cons:

Nothing.

Ridiculously overpriced, looks like a prison inside, staff do not provide accurate information.
Pros:

It's clean. That is really the only good thing to say about it.

Cons:

It is ridiculously overpriced for a building whose interior looks like a prison. There are so many better options near the airport, I don't understand why the reviews here are good.

The staff told me their airport shuttle is running all night -- NO ONE told me I needed to reserve it in advance. When I arrived at 1 AM and there was no shuttle, they told me to take Grab. But no Grab drivers are available at the airport late at night so I took an airport taxi. Do not rely on the staff for any useful information.

По карте кажется что близко от аэропорта, по факту пол часа. Плохое расположение, не стоит своих денег
Pros:

Кровать и полотенца были чистыми

Cons:

Нет ни мыла, ни шампуня/геля для душа, ни щетки. За 60$ за ночь неужели нельзя каплю геля для душа дать??

Super behulpzaam personeel, goede bedden en ruime kamers.
Pros:

Ruime kamers, goede matrassen en kussens.

Cons:

Is toch nog wel 20-30 minuten van vliegveld af. Vind de prijs dan nog best hoog.

Ideally located to KLIA and convenient
Pros:

Well kept property, ideally located to KLIA - local places within walking distance to eat if you prefer outside the hotel. Alternatively can use delivery app. Staff are great - loved having laundry facility on property as well as kitchen space.
