Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, sehr bequeme Betten..

Cons:

Tiefgarage etwas teuer, Frühstücksterasse sehr ungepflegt.

Great stay.
Pros:

The place was clean, beds comfortable, friendly staff. We had an excellent breakfast in the morning :)

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t offer free parking, but I think it’s common in Austria. However, there is a parking with fee, or you can park on the streets if you find a spot available.

I would recommend the hotel for the price value.
Pros:

The room comfort ,very spacious.

Cons:

The setting in the bathroom. The glass door was not comfortable as on opening it was hitting the sink and could could break. It would be preferable to put a slidding glass door instead.

The worst was the air conditioning was not working for the all day and night. Heat instead of cold air. Hot room in summer was disappointing.

One of the 2 lifts wasn't working, and causing a long delay, also no any notification or writing on the door " lift out of order" waste of customer time.

I had to use stairs from the third floor with my kids to go down as we were rushing.

Also, there was a staff shortage.
