Good hotel for a business stay
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel in a very good location in Wienerberg, especially for the office buildings nearby. For sightseeing, this is too far. The room was clean and i liked the blackout curtains

Cons:

Nothing too negative to say, just a suggestion- a 4 star hotel should have a bottle of water in the room for free. It could have been tap water in a glass bottle but something instead of a leaflet telling you to drink from the tap

Wem es wichtig ist, mir ist es es: Keine Sauna an, obwohl angeboten, 21€ tägliche Parkplatzgebühren.
Pros:

Frühstück/WQualität empfand ich als durchschnittlich für Hotels mit Drei Sternen

Cons:

Zimmer 155 an der Strasse mit viel Lärm, man wird mangels direkt umliegender Parkplatzmöglichkeiten zum Parken in der hauseigenen Garage defacto gezwungen (21€ täglich(!)) und Sauna wurde offenkundig nicht angeschaltet obwohl sie angeboten wird. Der Parkautomat bietet eine Barzahlung in allen Geldscheinstückelungen an, ABER, er zahlte bei mir die 30€ Überzahlung NICHT aus. Von der Rezeption gab es auch kein Rückgeld. Man verwies mich auf den postalischen oder E-Email-Weg! Kurzum: mir war das zu viel, deshalb nie mehr wieder...

Cons:

The parking was very confusing online and in person too. 'Hotel Parking' is not actually owned by the hotel and costs 3 EUR/hour even if one stays at the hotel. We were told at the reception that 'we can park anywhere for free' as this is the weekend, but the area was full of zones prohibiting parking.

In addition, we went there partially because of the spa they claimed to have. Well, the "spa" meant a sauna only, and the sauna did not work.

広々した部屋での快適な宿泊
Pros:

お部屋が広くてゆったりしていたところ。
中心部からは少し離れているので静かな環境であり、周囲の治安も問題なかったところ。
バス停が近いところ。バス・地下鉄またはトラムで乗り継ぎはありますが、30分弱で中心部へ移動できるのは良かったです。同じくウィーン中央駅からもトラムからバスへ乗り継ぎが必要ですが、アクセスは良いと思います。
フロントスタッフも優しかったです。
トータル12泊しましたが、自分の家のように過ごしました。バスタブがあったことも良かったです。
途中でデルシュタインへ2泊しましたが、快く大きなスーツケースを預かっていただけました。
蛇口からのお水も飲めます。冷たくて美味しいです。

Cons:

良くなかったというより気になったことです。1階に宿泊しましたが、部屋に帰ると窓が空いてないのに何故かハエのような虫が毎回いたことです。

Nettes Hotel für einen entspannten Wienaufenthalt
Pros:

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Verfügbarkeit auch von Milchalternativen sowie glutenfreies Brot war ausgezeichnet. Würde ich mir öfter in Hotels wünschen. Das Personal beim Frühstück sprach ausgezeichnetes Englisch.

Cons:

keine guten Speiselokale in der direkten Umgebung, einmal von McDonalds abgesehen.
