Werden wieder da übernachten.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Gartennutzung.Alles war sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet.

Das Appartment war sehr schön eingerichtet,.. hell u freundlich, Pflanzen!!!
Hatten ein App mit Mini französischem Balkon.
Ventilatoren waren auch da!...war sehr gut, da es sehr heiß war!!!
Kaffeekapseln u Getränke im Gartenbereich erhältlich!!!

Cons:

Kaution €500 is sehr viel für einen Kurzurlaub,...
Rückerstattung dauert bis zu 7 Tagen!!!😑
Der Garten war am 2. Abend für eine private, außerordentliche Veranstaltung gesperrt,...
Sehr schade,... v.a. wenn man rauchen gehen mag od einfach nur entspannen!!....
Personal sahen wir nur kurz bei der Ankunft,..war für uns aber völlig ok
Gut wäre vorab noch die Info, welche Kaffee Kapselmaschine im App ist,... wir hatten die falschen besorgt!!!🤣🤣🤣

Splendido soggiorno
Pros:

Tutto, appartamento molto molto bello e completo!
Se dovessimo tornare a Vienna, sicuramente torneremmo qui

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato un po' eccessivo il fatto di dover uscire a buttare la spazzatura, poiché in casa era già stata fatta la raccolta differenziata, come richiesto.
È la prima volta che ci capita, probabilmente non siamo abituati noi.
Solo per questo diamo 9 come punteggio. Poi tutto perfetto!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, aber mit erheblichen Ärgernissen wegen Kaution und Check in.
Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke top.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit Chat bot. Das eine Kaution von 500 Eur zu erlegen war, von der wir erst nach Buchung erfahren haben. Mag sein dass sie in den AllgemeinenGeschäftsbedingungen steht, aber zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung war uns das nicht bewusst. Ohne Kaution-> kein Türcode. Der elektronische Check in hat nicht reibungslos funktioniert. Wir mussten erst den Support anrufen um ins Apartment zu kommen.

The best stay in Vienna.
Pros:

The apartment was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, well made-up, and had a great location. The street was quiet and the balcony was the perfect way to start our morning. We looked forward to returning each evening.

Cons:

The invoicing has been a bit difficult to understand.
