This hotel is in a great location, breakfast is excellent and the roof top bar and pool are a perfect place to relax and look across the city roof scape, to end a perfect day!

Cons:

The daily cleaning was not regular, but a quick chase and the staff organised immediately, which was fab.

Cons:

Basics such as daily housekeeping had to be requested and then didn’t happen until 3-4pm when we had been out for the day and wanted to be back in our room. Room was as described “snug”!

Obsługa w barze na dachu bez chęci do pracy, bałagan w barze, brak ręzników, stoliki zarezerwowane przez kilka godzin stoją puste. Obsługa przechodzi obok tego obojętnie.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great location and amenities

Cons:

The only issue we had was with the dry cleaning, which as it turned out was not available on Sundays, contradicting the hotel information

The rooms and lobby areas are welcoming and stylish. Rooftop bar was excellent with great cocktails.

Cons:

The staff are a little too ‘laissez fair’.. they’re probably trying to give ‘an east London hipster vibe’ but that doesn’t cut it in hospitality. Things such as-having water regularly refreshed in the room is critical especially in 31 degree heat!!! I had no water in my room the whole time I was there. The keycards kept not working. The food was cold at breakfast and the staff were ‘snooty’

Um 23.30 Uhr wollten wir noch an der Bar oben , draußen einen Drink genießen.
Wurde uns verwehrt…., obwohl draußen noch Tische besetzt waren und genug Platz gewesen wäre.

Het is een heel mooi hotel op een prima locatie in de stad. Vanaf het zwembad op het dak heb je een geweldig uitzicht over Wenen.

Cons:

De liften waren heel langzaam. Ook was een koffiezetapparaat in de kamer fijn geweest.
