Perfect location for a city break in Vienna
Pros:

The location is perfect for tourists. Very stylish and modern with staff speaking excellent English with a friendly attitude. Lovely room outlook and the shower was brilliant, hot and powerful.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was disappointing. The choice of hot food was too egg-based and the hot choices were often cold. The strange sausages were rubbery and unappetising. The buffet was very restricted and if one arrived late there was little choice. However the waiting staff were hard working and pleasant at all times.

Prima Hotel !
Pros:

Over het algeheel een prima hotel ! en zwembad is een pluspunt.

Cons:

De bedden hebben een afmeting van 1.40.........dat is veel te klein voor 2 personen. Maar ik heb nog nooit een ontbijtruimte gezien die zo rommelig en chaotisch is. Het ontbijt is al op voor je koffie krijgt..........het personeel doet heel erg zijn best en vooral het jonge meisje met de paardestaart , Je kunt het oplossen door de ontbijtruimte effiecienter in te delen.
Voor de rest vind ik het een mooi klassiek hotel met een prachtige Lounge/Lobby.

Ein gemütlicher, idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Theaterbesuch im Herzen Wiens. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die ideale Lage am Rande des Stadtparkes im Herzen Wiens/ das freundliche, professionelle Personal, die Drinks auf der Dachterrasse mit kolossalem Ausblick über die Stadt. Für unser kleines Zimmer (bewusst gewählt) war der Duschraum überraschend groß.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend doch hätte das Buffett etwas umfangreicher sein können/ Die Liftwartezeiten sind entsprechend der Programmierung etwas lange.

Location. Reasonably central

Cons:

We were given a room with a bathroom for the disabled. There was just a 4/5 length curtain which covered only half the shower area, which meant that the floors get wet after a shower; no wall hooks or anywhere to hang a towel. Not enough horizontal space near the sink to put our toiletries, nowhere to put hotel supplied shower gel stuff in the shower area (weird!!). Awful.
The lighting was harsh overhead lighting. Vintage style. Could not imagine spending the rest of our 6 day visit staying there. We complained and hotel was kind enough to let us cancel the rest of the 5 nights pre booked.

Hier wird mehr Wert auf den Schein als auf Gastgebermentalität gelegt.
Pros:

Die Innenausstattung und Optik sind schön und zeitgemäß.
Die Lage ist gut mit der U4 vor der Tür und Straßenbahn, sowie Zug 10 Minuten entfernt.

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstück war schlecht. An mehreren Tagen wirkten die Mitarbeiter überwiegend gestresst oder gleichgültig. Wenig nette Worte oder Augenkontakt. Der Service wirkt unkoordiniert, jeder macht alles ein bisschen. Bei uns wurde eine Bestellung vergessen, oder der Cappucino war nur noch lauwarm. An 3 von 4 Tagen haben die Sitzmöglichkeiten nicht gereicht.

Im WC des Zimmers, sowie im allgemeinen Bereich gab es keine Klobürsten.
