Nett gestaltetes Hotel mit großteils freundlichem Personal. Bequeme Liegen am Pool. Insgesamt bleibt es aber hinter den Erwartungen.

Cons:

Beleuchtung dreht sich willkürlich an, wenn am Zimmertablet nicht auf Nachtmodus gestellt wird. Bei einem bekannten Bug sollte das schon längst korrigiert worden sein. Polster haben in etwa die Höhe von Briefmarken. Zimmer sind nicht von Allgemeinflächen getrennt, d.h. es ist sehr hellhörig.

Ganz gut . Im Vergleich zu früher enttäuschend
Pros:

Gute Lage , Zimmer zum See sehr großzügig

Cons:

Frühstück war früher einfach besser ( Obst , Lachs , Eier …), check in trotz vorherigen Aufenthaltes mit allen Details sehr mühsam , ohne Burgenlandkarte kein Zutritt zum See etc .., Restaurant am Abend stimmungslos und triste !

An der Grenze zur Perfektion (abgesehen von dem unfairen Verhalten der 4-köpfigen Familie aus DE).

Ausgesprochen freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter (über alle Bereiche hinweg, inkl. den Praktikanten/innen). Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente mit einem anspruchsvollen Design. Extrem kundenorientiertes Verhalten durch das Management (Frau Andrea Blaska).

Cons:

Leider hat sich bei unserem Aufenthalt eine 4-köpfige Familie aus Deutschland besondere Aufmerksamkeit dadurch verschafft, indem sie als einzige Gäste immer zeitig in der Früh die Liegestühle am Pool reserviert haben und das obwohl es eine entsprechende Leitlinie im Hause gibt, welche so ein rücksichtsloses Verhalten gegenüber den anderen Gästen nicht vorsieht bzw. verbietet.

Modern hotel by the lake
Pros:

Very nice, clean, modern and confortable rooms! The pool area is awesome and great location close to the lake. The service by the pool is nice. They also let us check in 1 hour earlier so that was much appreciated.

Cons:

The massages were not available during our stay. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we informed them, but we got the special needs room, most unromantic thing ever. Also the room is right next to the breakfast area, so at 6 AM we started to hear the staff organising the buffet. Dinner right by the pool is also not the nicest setting. We arrived at breakfast at 9 and everything was out, it took them a bit to refill stuff and not everything was brought back.

Die Kommunikation wirkt sehr belehrend, in den Vorabmails genauso wie auf den Schildern vor Ort. Ihr könntet die gleichen Botschaften ganz anders und kundenorientiert rüber bringen.
