Temiz ve Kaliteli
Pros:

Otelin temizlik ve konforu beklentilerimizi karşıladı, odamız 9. kattaydı bu sayede şehir manzarasını da çok rahat bir şekilde görebiliyorduk. Oda 4 kişilik olmasına rağmen oldukça ferah ve genişti. Çalışanlar da kibar ve yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı yeme yeri de ferah ve genişti. Konaklamada kahvaltı olması da bizim planımızı inanılmaz kolaylaştırdı. Binanın kendi güvenliği olduğu için de oldukça güvenliydi. Tam önünde metro istasyonu bulunuyor ulaşım için kolay Uber kullanmak da rahat oldu.

Cons:

Otelin bulunduğu konum şehirin biraz daha turistik olmayan kısmında kalıyor o yüzden akşam çıkıp gezebileceğiniz çok bir yer yok gezmek için Uber ya da toplu taşıma ile merkeze gitmeniz gerekiyor. Vienna büyük bir şehir olduğu için yürünebilir değil en yakın turistik yer için bile çok fazla yürümeniz gerekebiliyor. Ayrıca otelin içindeki asansör sistemi alışık olduğumuz türde yapılmamış gitmek istediğimiz katı asansörün dışında işaretleyip öyle biniyoruz ve zemin kattan doğrudan odamızın bulunduğu kata asansör gitmiyor. önce resepsiyona inip asansörden çıkıp istediğimiz katı işaretleyip tekrar binip o şekilde gitmek gerekiyor. bunu birkaç kere yaptıktan sonra yıpratıcı olmaya başlıyor.

Pros:

La ubicación con el Metro en la puerta, que iba al centro a la Opera, era buenísimo. Las instalaciones perfectas todo digital y muy funcional. Mi habitación era enorme y con grandes ventanales, que no es tan común en los hoteles vieneses. El salón desayunador enorme, el desayuno con opciones dulces y saladas. Lo recomiendo 100%

Cons:

Lo único, por decir algo, es que agregaría en el desayuno, pastelería dulce de la mucha y variada que hay en Viena, porque si bien había muchas variedades de panes, los pasteles eran muy escasos, tal vez porciones de tortas/tartas serían muy bienvenidas y apreciadas.

Gute Lage, Hotel mit kühlem Service
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, direkt an der Durchzugsstrasse für eine super einfache Anreise, gleich an der U-Bahn Station und im Gebäude eines Einkaufszentrums.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr kühl, für den Fußboden braucht man dicke Socken. Unsere Nachricht bzgl. dringend benötigtem Early check in via booking blieb unbeantwortet. Auch vor Ort reagierte die Dame gleichgültig auf unsere erneut dringende Bitte.
Auch unangenehm war, dass wir überraschenderweise kein Frühstück dabei hatten. Das liegt aber nicht am Hotel, sondern an Booking.com selbst - ich bin eine versierte Bucherin, aber anscheinend war es diesmal schwer ersichtlich, dass es ein Angebot ohne FR war (zumal ich nur Angebote mit FR filtern liess). Hier wiederum große Gleichgültigkeit der Mitarbeiter bzgl. unseres Problems. Haben dann für insgesamt 70 Euro Frühstück aufgebucht vor Ort, das Frühstück dann eher dürftig.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, śweitna lokalizacja, nieopodal różne restauracje, sklpy i supermarket. Byliśmy z psem, który dostał własne łóżko i miskę. Bardzo miła obsługa - nie byłam w stanie znaleźć wejścia do hallu i cierpliwie wyjaśnili mi przez telefon.
