Cons:

I’m very disappointed with my stay. There was renovation work early in the morning, so I couldn’t get proper rest at all. I hope the hotel can consider guests who come here to rest. This experience has really affected my confidence in your hotel.

Good Experience
Pros:

The room are very neat and clean. Location wise very near to public transport, shopping mall and Sunway Lagoon. The staff are very attentive as they provide instructions and medical kits when ask. The price are very affordable where the rooms are facing Sunway Resort. During night, the view was beautiful with all the lights setup.

Cons:

The beds are quite high to climb, might be dangerous if you brought kids.

Great Stay but Online Booking Needs Improvement
Pros:

I really liked Blue Lagoon Hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the location is convenient and handy. The room was tidy and very clean, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. It’s a perfect place for two people.

Cons:

What I don’t like is that the price can sometimes be too high. When booking online, the hotel doesn’t allow me to book for more than one day if there’s a good deal available. I have to make separate bookings every single day, which ends up making the total price higher.
