Tadhana stupenda, servizio un po meno
Pros:

La Tadhana era eccezionale sicuramente se dovessi valutare solo quella il punteggio sarebbe il massimo, il top. Anche il bar era carino e ben fornito.

Cons:

Il personale non era del tutto qualificato per la portata di questo tipo di resort. Una sera abbiamo provato a chiamare la reception con il nostro cellulare (in quanto quello della camera funzionava tramite Internet, che era fuori servizio) e l’operatore non rispondeva. Dopo aver lasciato un messaggio, hanno richiamato dicendo che il telefono aveva la batteria scarica.
Il Wi-Fi durante il soggiorno non era disponibile in Tadhana, il personale ci ha dato una camera supplementare per poter utilizzare il Wi-Fi, il che ha aiutato, ma per i 4 giorni dovevamo dividerci tra la nostra camera (con accesso in piscina diretto e pagata un discreto prezzo) e una camera solo per poter utilizzare internet. L’aspettativa sarebbe stata di poter fare il tutto nella camera che si è pagato.
Il servizio di housekeeping per la pulizia della camera svolge il suo lavoro, rifà il letto ma per la pulizia generale è un 3/5.

Beautiful, clean, convenient, and wonderful staff.
Pros:

I’d stay there again

Cons:

Restaurant and bar are in the facility. They offered delicious food and drinks. There was a performance every night.

The place and rooms were well kept. The personnel were awesome. It’ll be my go-to next time I’m around there.

Relaxing
Pros:

Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast could do a little more protein and choices. Close enough to town which is a tricycle/tuktuk away.

Cons:

Cocktails could do a bit more work for its price. The water/juice containers shouldn't be interchanged to avoid any juice remnants on the water.

Fijn, maar achterstallig met verbeterpunten op F&B
Pros:

De kamer was erg goed. Bed was heerlijk en groot. Het was fijn dat er een zwembad was en de locatie was heel fijn.

Cons:

Het complex is achterstallig onderhouden. Zo laat bijvoorbeeld de coating van het zwembad los, waardoor het water korrelig is. Loszittende tegels, lekkende syfon op de badkamer, display van de airco niet functionerend etc. De F&B viel tegen. Prijzen zijn hoog voor wat je krijgt. als hotelgast wordt van je geacht dat je aan het zwembad iedere bestelling direct cash afrekent (erg onhandig) en bij het ontbijtbuffet staat de muziek op standje discotheek en wemelt het van de vliegen. Er worden belachelijk hoge prijzen gevraagd voor laundry service (180 php voor 1 shirt bv) en vliegveld/haven shuttle. Dit zijn nog maar een paar voorbeelden, persoonlijk vind ik dat er van een 4* resort meer mag worden verwacht (en al helemaal gezien de prijs)

Ants everywhere and dead mouse next door
Pros:

Would not recommend to anyone.

Everything started at airport - hotel pick up van was late, we standed 1 hour outside waiting for it, and after it arrived we waited 1 more hour as we waited for few more planes to land to fill van. Then with full van of passengers we were going to gas station and only then to our hotel. This hotel does not value their guest holiday time at all.

After we arrived we noticed that hotel is super unclean - trash were everywhere.

We have ordered Superior Room - Double with Resort View - Reception gave us Room with two single beds and pool view.
After asking they started to argue that TWO SINGLE BEDS = DOUBLE ROOM. They still changed room to another one.

Pool water is green - probably not changed for long time as you can see oil film on top of water during sun too.

Our room was changed AGAIN because after one night our bed was full of ants.

In the evening we found dead mouse next door.

Not the best and definetly worst experience during our 15 days stay in Philippines.

Worth the money, but improvements would make an even better experience
Pros:

The staff were helpful, the layout of the hotel is good. It’s nicely located outside of coron town, but very easy to get to and from.

Cons:

The restaurant was a disappointment, some items we discarded as inedible. Pick wisely off the menu.
Pool needs painting and the bridge/fountain? Needs to be addressed.
The gardens need more work and rooms have patios but no seating.
A wine glass sat at the bottom of the stairs our entire stay.
