Central in the city
Pros:

It was central to the city with the market and shops close to it

Cons:

Breakfast was not good there l thought they would have had a better variety with their new dining area but no it was still the same food they delivered to your room before the upgrade

My mum and I stayed at the Fan’s Hotel in Baybay which we really liked so we thought that we would feel the same comfort
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, excellent staff.

Cons:

No fridge to keep our perishables in.

Accommodating for the location to the ferry boats.
Pros:

Hot shower was nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was close to ferry boats. Staff was accommodating. A+++

Cons:

Couldn't close the bathroom window. Apparently it was designed that way so we had to keep the bathroom door closed and it would get warm in there due to no A/C being able to enter. Also outside noise was a little loud due to not being able to close the window. D-- rating.

Our 3-day stay was wonderful and memorable. I would recommend this place to friends and relatives.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Excellent services. Very friendly and respectful staff the whole time we stayed. The floor was cleaned and floor corners was sprayed to rid of the ants. Bed sheets and pillowcases were clean.

Cons:

There was a dead cockroach on the floor when we arrived. Also there were some ants on the floor as well.

There are more value for money options in Ormoc.
Pros:

Helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

Original room did not meet expectations, was offered an upgrade at extra cost. We took the upgrade but felt the extra cost was excessive. TV reception was poor, had to contact staff several times to reset device.
