IRREGULARITIES
Pros:

The room was okay and slightly comfortable, good enough for a short visit.

Cons:

The room itself was okay, but the overall experience was highly disappointing. First, the staff felt unapproachable and unwelcome. Second, there were a lot of small cockroaches in the room. Inconvenient for my foreign companions. Third, there is zero communication among the staff. We were given conflicting rules about daily bottled water replenishment and had to buy our own outside.
​To make matters worse, after requesting a room cleaning, housekeeping only left 3 towels (1 big, 2 small). During checkout, they charged us 400 PHP for a "lost" towel, claiming the standard is 4. Since we were rushing to catch a plane, we paid it. But when I asked for an acknowledgment receipt, the receptionist shocked me by saying if he gave me the receipt, we wouldn't be eligible for a refund. Following up by phone was useless, as they claimed they didn't know their own housekeeping team's schedule. Very poor management and unprofessional service.

Avoid if possible
Pros:

Location was ok depending on what you want to do it Manila. The receptionist was friendly.

Cons:

Old, out-dated, not as photos. The smell inside and outside was disgusting. Awoke in the bed very itchy….

Good location, fair accommodation
Pros:

The location, the pool is awesome.

Cons:

The room stank when we got into it, overwhelming chemical cleaning smell, we had to buy air freshener. The towels had stains on them. And you're not told that you have to use the same towels for the room and the pool. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

Better to stay in a more quiet location like Tropicana
Pros:

Central location, good view from 18th floor

Cons:

Next door are dicos and girls bars (brothels??) It's so loud all night even with headphones you feel the bass on the 18th floor, couldn't sleep at all.
Photos look much cleaner than it actually is and there is need for renovation (old furniture, loose tiles etc).

Skip this one.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and we think/hope the sheets were clean. That’s it.

Cons:

This place was filthy. We could not wait to leave. The interior is old and has not been kept up. Floors were sticky. Bathroom smelled like urine ALL the time in spite of using air spray. Kitchen cabinets looked like they had not been wiped down in a long time. The sofa was gross. Child beggers on the street. Don’t stay here.

Although price is good the rooms are nasty and infested with cockroaches.

all in all for the price, the view and location was worth it. Id recommend for a weekend not longer.

Cons:

It could be cleaner, black mold on the bathroom sink grout and silverfish type bugs in the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
