Overall comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and polite. Shoutout to Eva in housekeeping. The food menu at Alejo Restaurant has good selections and whatever we ordered was delicious. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Cons:

We arrived around 5pm but it took us 45 minutes before we can enter our room. Apparently they were sorting something out and that’s the only room available. Upon entering it stinks of urine, in contrast to the smell along the corridors and lobby which has a fresh & clean aroma. We asked to be moved to another room, however, we had to settle with a different bed set up. Due to the inconveniences mentioned we were told we can check out later than 12nn but at 11am they rang and reminded us to promptly check out at the specified time. Also the building is packed with guests so the 3 elevators are not enough, it was a struggle to go up and down the building. Lastly, the WiFi is slow.

Fair value for money.
Pros:

Nice and comfortable suites. Breakfast was nice. Location was okay.

Cons:

Limited seats in the dinning area. It gets too full at breakfast. A distance from the airport.

Please improve your accommodation of check-ins and other concern in the reception.
Pros:

I like the space of every unit.

Cons:

1. The waiting in line with the one receptionist takes too long, I understand that the client is requesting something that needs to assist but It’s frustrating for us in the lone seeing the other line accommodating faster so the new person in that line is already done than us. I suggest you apply the fork system, one line for the reception then they can call the next in line so the time of the people will not be wasted.

2. No cotton buds as default amenities in the room. Still need to request.

3. Room offered by the hotel for 2 adults and 1 child age 12 years old is not fit in one bed.
