A Homey hotel
Pros:

I rented an apartment style and it was spacious enough. I did a surgery close by and Citadines Roces has been accommodating. The pool is great size for kids and adult. I also find the staff very helpful

Cons:

The menu is a tad pricey for Locals. No buffet options for those who want buffet breakfast. It is also different that their lobby is on the 8th floor.

we had to ask multiple times for staff support. thrice to resolve issues with the TV (staff took out cable box because hotel was apparently no longer using skycable) and thrice for bath towels. which never arrived.

Overall comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and polite. Shoutout to Eva in housekeeping. The food menu at Alejo Restaurant has good selections and whatever we ordered was delicious. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Cons:

We arrived around 5pm but it took us 45 minutes before we can enter our room. Apparently they were sorting something out and that’s the only room available. Upon entering it stinks of urine, in contrast to the smell along the corridors and lobby which has a fresh & clean aroma. We asked to be moved to another room, however, we had to settle with a different bed set up. Due to the inconveniences mentioned we were told we can check out later than 12nn but at 11am they rang and reminded us to promptly check out at the specified time. Also the building is packed with guests so the 3 elevators are not enough, it was a struggle to go up and down the building. Lastly, the WiFi is slow.

Fair value for money.
Pros:

Nice and comfortable suites. Breakfast was nice. Location was okay.

Cons:

Limited seats in the dinning area. It gets too full at breakfast. A distance from the airport.
