Sehr gute Ausstattung und gute Lage. Terrasse mit Blick über Wien war einfach traumhaft!

Cons:

Anscheinend wurde das Apartment vor unserer Anreise nicht gereinigt.

Skvělé, určitě zase přijedeme, blízko je MHD a zahrady , pálac Belvedere. DOPOROČUJI :)
Pros:

Hezké byt do vnitrobloku kde byl klid a příjemná terasa.

Cons:

přístup pana recepčního, který po měl chtěl 20 euro v hotovosti za vjezd do garáže. pokud mu nazaplatíte předem tak vás nepustí dovnitř což je dost nepříjemné když máte rodinu v autě a před ubytovaním není kde zaparkovat, situaci zachránil majitel, který mě odvzel k bankomatu a problém se vyřešil, za to velké díky.

Pros:

Amazing bilingual receptionist, comfy elevator, very nice and modern room.

Cons:

Literally no bicycle storage / parking. Had to find my own solution / park using a lock in the street.
THE ACCOMMODATION DOESNT CLAIM IT HAS BIKE STORAGE, NEITHER ARE THEY OBLIGED TO PROVIDE IT :-)

Lage sehr gut, Öffi sehr nahe! Zimmer praktikabel ausgestattet! großes Bad!

Pros:

Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und freundlich. Dort zu buchen bzw zu wohnen macht immer Freude und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Wunderschöne Zimmer bzw die Wohnungen immer sauber. Ich werde dort immer buchen weil es mir bzw uns gefällt.

Don't book this apartment. Not worth paying for it. Bad attitude from the staff.
Cons:

I stayed on two occasions over a period of one week. After the first occasion, I discovered the jacuzzi was extremely dirty. So before I arrived for the second stay, I asked the staff to ensure it is cleaned first. I was told it would be. It ultimately was not. See photo, which was taken after I tried to clean it. There was still debris in the water. Furthermore, there was a loose piece of decking that was a tripping hazard. I informed the staff about it and got no response. They obviously don't take liability issues seriously. There was no dishwashing soap so I ended up washing all the dishes by hand. There wasn't even a bread toaster, which is a basic thing.
