Соотношение цена-качество.

Cons:

Отсутствие парковки, как было заявлено. На рецепции сообщили, что ближайщая платная парковка в 3 км от отеля. Пришлось весь вечер искать свободную парковку в округе, по-ближе к отелю. После паркования выяснилось, что не было наволочек в комплекте постельного белья. Персонал в 18.05 закончил работу и общаться просто не с кем.

الأخلاق موظف الاستقبال سيئة للغاية حتى انه طلب مني غرف إضافية للأطفال الصغار وطلبت منه أن يضيف غرفة ولكن قال ليس لك الا الخيار شقة إضافية بغرفة وليست غرفة وقال لي نحن لا نسمح حتى المولود الجديد ان يسكن مع والديه يعني تاخذ له غرفة لازم فاضطرينا باخذ غرفة بدون فائدة والحمامات كلها بدون شامبو وصابون والمكان بعيد فقط كان النظافة الموجودة ولا شي غيرة

Het was een ok stay

De grote van de kamer. Die was fantastisch. Ruime badkamer. Allemaal prima. Wel gericht op 2 personen.

Cons:

Dat het gericht was op 2 personen, terwijl je betaald voor 4. De kinderen moesten op een slaapbank. Wat prima is. Alleen de bank was vies en die moesten we zelf nog opdekken en de dekens doen. Dat was niet gedaan. Verder vond ik het qua schoon zijn erg tegenvallen. De witte sokken waren zwart van onder want de vloer was vies en de toilet was ook niet schoon.

We booked this apartment for four guests, expecting the accommodation to be fully prepared and to have a parking space as advertised.

Upon arrival, we found out that the sofa bed was not made at all. When we asked the host when someone would come to set it up, they simply refused and told us to make our own bed. Paying for a stay and having to do self-service housekeeping is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the parking information on the listing is totally misleading—turns out they do not actually have guaranteed parking for everyone, contrary to what is implied. When confronted about these issues, the host showed zero willingness to resolve them or offer solutions.

Highly disappointed. Would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Smještaj je lijep, prostran i moderan. Kompletan aparman je čist i tih.

Cons:

Trebalo bi biti bolje organiziran prijem. Naime nije omogućen parking kao niti ostavljanje prtljage prije check-in sobe te smo stoga morali na cesti čekati da u 2. pm kad nam se omogućio pristup parkingu a time i impraviziranoj recepciji.
