Highly recommended
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from main places of interest and located in a quiet area.
We stayed here at the start of our trip and returned for the last night in Morocco as we had a great stay.
The two rooms we stayed in were clean, comfortable and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed.
Would recommend to anyone visiting Rabat.

Horrible expérience
Pros:

La décoration, la surface de l'appartement, la gentillesse des femmes de ménage. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure officielle de 15h.
Les quadruples vitrages de l'appartement pour isoler du bruit de l'avenue Moulay Hassan et non rue Bejaad comme indiquée sur booking.

Cons:

L'accueil : on nous change de site et on nous accuse d'avoir réservé à l'extension ! Suis je sensée savoir qu'il y a une extension ???? NON. J'ai juste l'adresse donnée par booking : elle ne correspond pas à celle de l'appartement qui nous a été affectés.

Les portes de l'appartement : la porte d'entrée a un problème connu, la carte d'accès ne fonctionne pas, donc on nous donne une clé ! Mais cette fameuse porte sonne des tic-tacs à tout bout de champ : impossible de dormir avec ce bruit.
On nous a dit qu'il fallait appeler : je suis douchée, prête à me coucher et en plus je devrai compenser le problème de porte connu !!! Refaire ma valise et changer de site à pas d'heure !!!! Car oui, fallait pas nous changer de site s'il y avait des chambres disponibles sur le site de la rue Bejaad.

La porte de la salle de bain : elle est coincée en position 45 degrés.

La réception : on nous a dit 24/24. Nous sommes partis à 3h du matin, le pass ne marchait pas, il n y avait personne à l'accueil, on a dû téléphoné (heureusement qu on avait une sim marocaine). Bref, expérience horrible.

Not reccomended. Considering the price, you find better fascility in many other hotel in Rabat.
Pros:

Location, Kitchen, Bed.

Cons:

Toilet: Very small, broken tap.
Staff: During check-in, the front desk staff tried to move us to a different building by saying that the Hotel is already full. It was midnight, and I was waiting with my family to get the room key. He repeatedly tried to convince me to stay in a nearby building. It was a long argument with him before I managed to check into our room. I think once he saw my German passport, he decided not to push us to the other building.
